The room was very unique which was the reason for booking the reservation. The hotel was extremely clean and the interior was very modern/artsy. The hotel was quiet at night. A great stay would recommend checking it out.

Homeless all outside , prices are way off when you arrive went from 90 a night to 175 a night if I wouldve known that I wouldve stayed somewhere else. I walked into dried blood on my sheets . Modern look is really nice , staff is friendly . Floods are kept clean. Room service let the food get all soggy . Not worth the money probably wont be back .

Hi Selena, First and foremost, thank you for making our hotel your San Francisco home. We work hard to keep our property spotless, and I am disappointed to read that we fell short in exceeding your expectations. Our hotel works hard to extend exceptional value to our guests relative to the rest of San Francisco. We are sorry you felt our location undermined those efforts. We understand that the Mid-Market area has room for improvement which we are excited to share is occurring thanks to investments pouring into the area. We hope you will consider making yourself at home with us again to see our neighborhood’s evolution first-hand. Take Care, Ron

First time in California and it was really nice I loved the lighting of the room so much it's really cool i stayed in a room that was on one of the corners of the building, and my bathroom had its own individual room And had a beautiful view, and the shower design is So good it's so open it just feels great, best shower I've ever taken, and the and super super clean fr shout out the cleaning people fr they were very thorough every day, I also got room service and got an egg sandwich on brioche bun with munester cheese that was excellent My only gripe would be no mini fridge wha da heck no mini fridge at least teeny tiny one cause not being able to store leftovers sucks, there's so much good food out there, want to be able to eat it all lol, but yeah great hotel, also if ur staying with another person the bathroom has no audio privacy and honestly it makes things reverb so it sounds even louder ahhaahha

I didn't know what to expect as this was kind of a blind booking and I had no familiarity with this property prior to my stay (I was familiar with this area of town, however). I was very pleasantly surprised. The hotel is VERY quiet, despite being directly on Market Street, where there is activity at all hours of the day and night. Some random plumbing and electrical noises, but overall, really quiet and basically no street noise at all. The room, while relatively small, was clean and I had everything I needed. I would have appreciated a little extra storage space for clothes and such, but other than that, the room worked very well. Probably best for single guests, although a couple could make it work as well. The staff was friendly and helpful. I definitely will keep this property in mind for future visits.

Very comfortable city center hotel with an excellent and friendly team to assist you with all your needs. I booked the corner room, which has an amazing view! The whole area is full of homeless people - never seen so many - but it is a good base for discovering SF. A big thanks to Alex, who did everything to support us during our stay. See you soon! Marco
