This is the very essence of Hawaiian Resort Perfection. Yes, there is Disney here too, but its distinctly Hawaiian with a Disney flair. Disney fans and non- fans alike will enjoy the stay. First :THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EVERYTHING YOU EXPECT FROM DISNEY. IT IS LEGENDARY. ULU in customer service is the best I've ever experienced. She answered all my questions pre-trip and was our go-to during the trip as well. The care taken to make sure our stay was everything we wanted it to be and more is exactly why we spend the money to experience Disney. Even during covid it felt magical, and while I think more amenities could have been open (spa and more restaraunts) I also appreciate the caution and safety taken. Snorkeling, pools, beach, rooms, car rental everything was perfect. We will be back for sure. Mahalo Aulani! …
As dvc members we look forward to coming here every year and this year was no different (except add covid). We are originally from Oahu and after spending time with family all day it’s nice to retreat to Aulani. This year as we were going to get desert we were surprised to hear the one and only Jerry Santos playing! He is one of Hawaii’s treasures and if your staying you 100% should spend time listening to him sing. Talk about chicken skin, I felt like a kid again. I made sure every night he played we went down to listen. It made it easily one of the most memorable trips of my life.
Our first stay at Aulani was amazing! Met and exceeded our expectations! They were doing a great job with pandemic guidance and we had an awesome time even with masks on! I am so grateful for our stay with them!
Vacationing in time covid is tricky and this was worth all the tricks. You must have your Ducks in a row, as far as Hawaii Safe Travel goes. They were more particular at Aulani than the airport and not so pleasant at check in.They are quite particular about who comes and goes, They are completely cashless and seemed to be operating at about 50% capacity. We felt safe and uncrowded. We had a 2 bedroom Villa ,garden view, and pool level. We were a blended family with children and most of us lived on the island (not me) The kids and adults enjoyed the waterslides, pools, hot tubs and river float. The kids did a charming scavenger hunt that kept them entertained for hours, We took advantage of the full-sized fridge and kitchen. The cooking supplies and utensils were the bare minimum, but it's a hotel. Safety is definitely first here. Everyone masked up and social distanced. Life guards and cast members everywhere. I saw someone cleaning a rock. This is a perfect vacation for kids. I can not stress enough, how much fun they had while a nice server brought us cocktails poolside. They have a beautiful private beach area that is calm and safe for swimming you may also order food and drink there. It was completely relaxing and a welcome break from all the madness in the real world. Excellent WIFI so the kids could access school in the mornings. My only complaint was the business side. I was given a keycard at checking that did not have charging privileges. I attempted to remedy this, went to the front desk waited in line, got my card reissued and again it didi not have charging privileges. Embarrassing as I had to have an another adult help me when ever I wanted anything. it was easier to walk to my room and get my own drink. This was well worth the money, the kids will never forget it and I am pretty sure we got through a pandemic vacation without incident.…
Really welcoming staff, and incredibly beautiful and secluded property make this a perfect destination for both families, couples and adults alike. With both the comforts of an all inclusive resort and the convenience of Oahu, this is a no brainer for all types of groups.
