We did a little staycation and really enjoyed this hotel out in Kapolei on Oahu. Parking is free and it's a good location close to beaches and waterpark on the West side of the island. Lots of stores and restaurants nearby so it's pretty convenient but you need to have a car or Uber because it's not really within walking distance. We got a one bedroom w/King bed suite and it had lots of space. There was a TV in both the living room and bedroom. It also had a microwave, mini refrigerator and small sink. The bathroom had lots of room and counter space but the shower doesn't have a door so the water sprays outside the shower when you use it.

It's so good here. The staff called reid is so friendly. First, I came in early, upgraded it, and gave it to the higher floor. I forgot the parking ticket, but give it back with a smile. I think I will come again. It is wonderful.

What a terrible response to COVID. Their answer is to not clean. Trash everywhere in the hallways including disgusting bathroom trash and food, mold in the bathroom, stains on the carpet. I asked every day to have my room cleaned and to be put on the list and was given a different excuse every day as to why they are not cleaning. They did not provide the room amenities that I paid for even after I requested them and this had nothing to do with COVID. It appears the staff is maybe upset they are working or something. Because of my job I’ve had to stay at many hotels during this trying time and this is the only one getting a negative review. By far the worst response to the COVID crisis I have seen from any property. I would definitely not recommend staying here until this is all over and they get this filthy place cleaned. …

Great location! Shopping and restaurants nearby. Quiet and relaxing. The staff are friendly and helpful. Loved the accommodations; modern and clean. Loved having a microwave and refrigerator in the room. Great for families. Will definitely return and recommend to family and friends. Wonderful stay!

The location is amazing and their staff was very nice. If I return I would choose this as my first choice of lodgings. The complimentary breakfast is better than most restaurant's breakfast. The staff in the front(Asia, Kela, and several others) were easy to talk to about local attractions and other things.
