Loved my time at the property last week. The condo was updated, spacious, well-equipped, and clean. Wish the AC was a bit more effective and quieter, but we had a nice breeze through the windows and doors to make up for it. Perfect location, easy parking, and quiet property. If you are traveling with a family, Maui Hill is very competitive in pricing and value. We had 4 families, 22 people. Views are unbeatable. Furnishing are a little dated. Overall, highly recommended. Staff is very accommodating.

Well maintained property, friendly & helpful staff. Internet service is very good. Kitchens are well stocked, full size refrigerator, stove/oven and microwave. Some unit owners leave beach chairs, cooler or other items which can be used during the stay. All the units we've been in have a balcony and doors that open for nice breezes. Great property.

Nice property. Kids enjoyed the pool and ability to walk to beach. Lanai was perfect for watching sunsets. Condo was roomy and provided the ability for the eight of us to spread out and enjoy the days and evenings.

Great clean and comfy unit for our family with teenage boys We used the sofa sleeper and the living room was huge The two Lanai was wonderful and spacious for great quiet place for morning breakfast and evening sunsets. We had an absolutely wonderful view of the ocean. Ac was great in the bed rooms Appreciated the basic service to get clean towels and general upkeep Staff did absolutely anything to make our stay comfortable unlike other reviews for this property (we mentioned any concerns during the stay and they were quickly addressed). The pool was great and quite large The tennis courts were nice and the putting small but fun the kitchen had absolutely everything one would need. The unit also had good beach time reads, games and travel guides Would definitely stay again because of the room, location, and service (Dennis especially was courteous, sincere and helpful)…

If you happen to get a favorable spot in this resort, you are lucky. We did not and had a view of a fence in our yard. The air condition was so loud, we could not sleep/ They said they were replacing all of the AC units, so hopefully this will not be a problem in the future.

Beautiful location, grounds were well maintained, unit was very large and had everything we needed, close to Kam III but not to close to the center of Kihei. When there were Guest above our unit we heard all their foot step and kids running around.

My husband and I spent 5 enjoyable nights here and found it to a perfect location for doing things nearby but being far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. The grounds are beautiful and the condo spacious and comfortable. A lovely place to stay to explore from.
