This place was truly disgusting. I have stayed in a lot of hostels over the years and have always found the facilities to be clean and welcoming. The walls of this facility were literally halfway gone because they were being eaten by termites, the shower drains were entirely full of hair, and me and my friend were given one sheet to share in a bed, for a cost of 100$/night!!!! I cannot imagine that anyone has cleaned anythign at this hostel in months, potentially even years, and there was ZERO mention of COVID-19, no protocols required to stay here. Also woke up in the middle of the night to screaming, and felt like we were bothering the staff anytime we asked a question. I would really highly recommend to not stay here if you want to enjoy your trip. Ridiculously overpriced for a hostel as well. YUCKY!

Do. Not. Come. Here. It is a scary place. There are cockroaches, termites, ants, and who knows what else just wandering the halls and no one seems to care. This place looks and feels like it hasn’t been cleaned since 1992. Based on quality, the price of your stay should be $5 per night, not $50. It honestly has the feel of a homeless shelter. Nothing good about it. Truly hated coming back here to sleep. Wish I would’ve just spent the extra money to stay in an air B and B.

Perfect place in the middle of overpriced resorts. Cool vibe. Staff, particularly Leah, were friendly. The place clean. It is right on the beach and there are restaurants and food trucks everywhere. I was able to secure a bed on a last minute Sunday.
