I flew in in the middle of February, in the middle of winter, and checked into this hotel late at night...The hotel is easily accessible in a very short distance from the airport. My room is on the bottom floor next to the office and as I first walked in there is a very pleasant decor with a lobby that was decorated in the western theme. The room I was placed in had a very large king size bed and a small refrigerator microwave ironing board and blow dryer. I was happy because the room was very clean. Most of my stay was flawless I needed some assistance with a couple things which the manager a very tall young man was very helpful my whole stay. I did take an opportunity to go to the fitness center on the property which was small but I had everything I needed to do a daily workout. If I come to Cody Wyoming again I would definitely stay here I was treated kindly all my needs were met in the room was comfortable warm and quiet I definitely recommend anybody stay here.

We stayed at the building outside the Inn and the room was very clean. There was a light out in our room and we told the cleaning folks and within minutes someone came to change the light bulb. The room had a queen bed in two different rooms and this was nice so we could have some privacy. Each of the rooms had a TV and the room was very spacious. There was a small gym which we did not use and also laundry which we did use. The front desk has detergent and change if you need it. There was coffee available in the front lobby and the hotel was centrally located. I would stay here again

I guess it depends which part of the hotel you stay in. Our room was in the older part where the door to the room really wasn't square with the frame. The air conditioner is either on or off there is no thermostat so when it is on it just blasts away. The rooms were interesting. There was the front part with a bed separated by a small bath room then another room which is kind of nice because there was a TV in each room so you could watch different channels. The pictures are a good indicator of the furniture, which is rustic. The beds were comfortable. It was quiet.

One thing I did notice was people in the lobby area did not wear masks so I avoided the area.

I made a reservation for this hotel on Travelocity, whose website clearly stated a full refund if cancelled before 48 hours prior to date of reservation. Our travel plans changed, and I cancelled the reservation, and received a cancellation confirmation from Travelocity which included the statement that no money was due.

The next day this hotel charged my credit card, several day before I was even originally scheduled to check in. I called the hotel and they denied making any charge. I called Travelocity and Travelocity also contacted the hotel. The hotel again denied making any charge.

I have disputed the charge with my bank.

I have stayed here a number of times in the past. This time was different. It seems to have changed ownership or something. I noticed almost immediately that they have strong middle-eastern accents. Fine, no problem. Lots of people move to the USA for a better life, why should they be different? Like I said this visit was different. I went back to my room late afternoon to shower and get ready for dinner. I did not want to lock my roommate out of the room so I did not deadbolt the door. I was just getting out of the shower and heard some things banging around out in the main area of my room. I yelled out, "(Roommate), is that you?" I heard them leave so I got a towel wrapped around me, went out and cracked the door to see who it was. It was 2 men saying they were there to paint. I told them no and then locked the door. Just then my roommate came back and wondered why her key was not working. I told her what had happened and she told me she saw them out there. When I got out to the lobby to meet my ride the front desk guy already knew about it. He very non-chalantly apologized and acted like it was no big deal, so I told him, "Just for future reference you really should wait until the room is not occupied to do any sort of maintenance." I went to dinner and returned a few hours later. My friend complained to them at the front desk and was told, "By law we can go into any room at any time for any reason." No apology, nothing. The next morning I spoke to a different front desk person as I was checking out and told him about how it put me in a terribly vulnerable position. All he had to say was, "We learned something from you," then pretty much just acted like I was just supposed to let it all go and forget about it. He tried talking over me when I was trying to tell him how what they did was absolutely inappropriate. I really like the price of this hotel, but I cannot stay here ever again at this point. I go there twice a year to meet friends for our feast holidays. I highly doubt many of them will stay here in the future either.

I hate doing this, but I also rely on reviews here for my own stays so I must. I’ll preface this with the fact that I’ve stayed here at least 7-8 times over the last 10 years and never had a problem. That is until last night. I had always stayed in the main building. Last night I got put in the “other” building as the desk person called it. When I walked over I was transported from a modern lodge feel to a lackluster, dated ‘80s era roadside motel.

The inside was a trip back in time too. The bedding, furniture and paint were newer but everything else was shear ‘80s. There was so much paneled plastic in the tiny bathroom that one could easily forget that they’re not in an ‘80s Winnebago bathroom. The time was cracked and the grout was moldy to boot.

I really like this inn and the people are kind. The “other” building just needs to be taken off the menu or rented for substantially less per night than the main building.

The room was plenty spacious and we loved how the two beds were separated by a half wall and we each had our own tv. However, our room obviously had not been cleaned very well. We found a pair of dirty socks, tweezers, and an empty soap package on the floor. The faucet was not clean and there was hair on the sink and hair on the bathroom floor. Also, the microwave was not even plugged in and when we tried it, it barely worked. My fitted sheet on the bed was inside out. I wondered how much they even cleaned this room before we came to it, so that was disappointing. Otherwise, the location was good and the room was nice. The lack of cleanliness just really bothered me.

We booked a double which turned out to be two comfortable queen beds, one in each "room". Each room had a TV and clock and shared the coffee maker, fridge and microwave. The vanity was separate from the toilet and shower. There was a grab bar in the shower. The toilet was "short" which is hard on arthritic knees. The location was close to grocery stores and restaurants.

This is a great property for the price. Very clean & efficient. Sheets & towels were fresh and room was attended daily. Comfortable bed and great shower. Close to town. The young man that usually was on the front desk was very polite and helpful on places to eat and visit

Check in was business friendly and quick. The room was very roomy, clean, and comfortable. The price was more reasonable than many of the high rated places in Cody and for the price difference you could buy several of the best breakfasts in Cody.
