We spent 3 nights at Robin's Nest B & B. The hosts, Robin and Bob, are so friendly and helpful. We felt like a member of the family. The B & B is located a couple of blocks on a quiet residential street from the main street of downtown, easy walking distance. Breakfast was wonderful, varied, and filling each day. Our room (the Western Room) had plenty of space, a comfortable queen sized bed, and was decorated with so many interesting pieces. The private bathroom is across the hall, and it was very large and spacious. Everything was sparkling clean. Cody has many things to do and we wish we could have spent more time. 2 of the days we drove to Yellowstone. It is a long (2 hour) drive to the Park entrance, but it is also a beautiful drive. Breakfast is served with appropriate social distancing if you are worried about the virus. We will definitely be back the next time we come to Yellowstone!

Our entire experience with Robin and Bob was magnificent. The location was within walking distance of downtown, restaurants, and parks. Robin and Bob are a delightful couple who took care of our every need. We felt very much at home. The house is cozy and has an inviting atmosphere. It it well maintained with many keepsakes and artwork that kept us chatting with Bob and Robin. The room we were in was decorated with western memorabilia that was very fun. Everything was very clean. The breakfast was delicious, fresh made and perfectly prepared not to mention wonderful company. We highly endorse the Robin's Nest and encourage anyone who is looking for a comfortable and no worry experience to make reservations. We will be back next time we go through Cody.

When we arrived we were met by a couple of wild deer walking along the pavement. The house has a lot of history and the hosts were so friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. The room was very clean with a comfy bed and the yummy breakfast was freshly baked and prepared each morning. The location was perfect for a short walk to shops and restaurants and the famous Buffalo Bill museum, a very worthy visit. The Cody Company buffet and show was also great fun and food and highly recommend. Love Cody, a real cowboy town, go to the silver dollar bar

Located in the heart of Cody and walking distance to shops and restaurants.

However, we had the room downstairs and it was not clean. Robin acknowledged that she didn't vacuum our room and said she would do it while we were out for dinner. However, we came back from dinner and our room wasn't vacuumed. Small bathroom and very tight shower.

Also, breakfast is served at 8am, which was too late for us so we couldn't enjoy it even if we paid for it. By reading the comments, looks like some other guests got breakfast to go but unfortunately this was not offered to us... More flexibility for breakfast hours would be appreciated.

I'm allergic to dog and there are 2 mid sized dogs in the house. There are no mentions of dogs whatsoever in the description.

Had we known about the dogs in the house and breakfast at 8am without flexibility, we wouldn't have booked the room. Those tow things should definitely be mentioned before making any reservations.

Response from robin berry, Owner at Robin's Nest Bed & Breakfast
Responded 18 Jun 2021
Unfortunately when you book on sites other than our own website, they fail to mention that we are a pet friendly hotel. Most of the information that you requested is on our website. Early breakfast requests are often asked for and accommodated, but we only saw you at check in and we did not see you again to ask you about breakfast. Many of our guest socialize on the back porch or in the common areas throughout their stay, where we are able to visit and discuss these options. Some prefer to depart very early as you did and stop along the way for breakfast. We are sorry that your stay was not what you expected.

I hate to criticise what was a very good effort
by the owners but somewhat downgraded by the accomodation.Robin was lovely..very gracious and helpful and the house is really interesting, funky and full of talking points!
The bedroom we had ('Old Faithful Inn') was cramped and the bathroom very difficult to manage (especially the loo and shower).Just too small. Would certainly not want more than a one night stay.
Having said that, the breakfast was excellent, the sitting areas comfortable and the host/hostess very personable and accomodating.

Robin's Nest is a great positive contrast to standard motel stays. Robin and Bob are always accommodating and good listeners to our traveling needs. The breakfasts are fabulous with special diets catered to and truly a beautiful table setting allowing appreciation for the food prepared. The house is decorated with many special family and local artifacts with many books available to read. Helpful suggestions as to local restaurants and sites to see never leave a guest lost for their visit to Cody, WY!

For our stay in Cody we preferred to have a real American experience by choosing a family-run accommodation rather than an anonymous hotel and Robin proved to be a very friendly hostess. As soon as we arrived she let us into her world by showing us her house and her friendly dogs; the next morning she kidnapped us with a typical American breakfast. She gave us some suggestions on where to have dinner and what to see around. The room we slept in is very particular reflecting the style of the region, equipped with everything needed for a stay, very clean, warm, and above all quiet 😍 Thank you Robin, you are the most beautiful Cody postcard, the most beautiful souvenir, the dearest memory that we will always carry in our hearts.

We enjoyed our stay and the Robin's Nest SO VERY MUCH! Our Old Faithful Inn room was delightful with many of Bob's handcrafted touches with driftwood and woodwork as well as authentic flooring originally from the Old Faithful Inn in Yellowstone Park. Robin's artwork made everything just perfect. Our particular room had a private entrance and parking for our motorcycles as well as a private outdoor bistro sitting area (although we preferred the group seating in their gorgeous backyard and garden ) Robin and Bob were a delight to hang out with and we really enjoyed visiting with them over our 3 day stay for our 10th Wedding Anniversary. Robin made sure our every need was met. She even had fold up chairs all ready for us to take to the 4th of July parade and waters for us to stay cool while we were there. Super interesting vintage home with all the feels! Fantastic library!! We'll be back for certain!

We were lucky enough to stay at Robin's Nest Bed and Breakfast for three nights. Bob and Robin were the perfect hosts and so friendly and accommodating. If you love dogs (as I do), then you'll also love meeting Hannah and Stella. What gorgeous dogs! They're great watchdogs but once you meet them they're very sweet and gentle. If you're not keen on dogs, they do spend time outside and definitely don't intrude on your stay. They're both very well behaved. We stayed in the Cedar King Room which was very comfortable and the timber king bed was extremely supportive and we slept very well. Breakfast each morning was lovely with Bob and Robin making sure our coffee cups were always full and the food is to your liking. The back garden is gorgeous with all sorts of birds feeding from bird-feeders hanging in the trees and all the flowers in the garden (particularly hollyhocks which I haven't seen for years) were in bloom and so beautiful! Bob and Robin are well-known in Cody and they were very helpful when it came to finding places to shop or informing us about things to do around town. We even went out to dinner with them one night and saw the Cody Cattle Company performing. We highly recommend staying at Robin's Nest Bed and Breakfast. We had the best time! If we're ever back in Cody, Wyoming we'll definitely be staying again.

For those heading to Cody- staying at the Robins Nest B&B is a must! Robin and Bob were wonderful hosts- took care every single detail while we were here. Including calling the Cattle Company, once they found out we had tickets to the dinner & show, to make sure we were given the best seats in the house. The room was beautiful & comfortable, their breakfast is absolutely delicious and their puppies Stella & Hanna are SO precious! I made the reservation through booking (because it offered a cancellation policy.. and you never know with covid) however they explained that if I had booked directly they would have given us a discount due to being a military family. So instead they gifted us with Bob’s Yellowstone book, postcards and a map of Yellowstone. I just LOVE this place! HIGHLY recommend!! We will be back!
