Incredibly friendly staff! Very attentive! Great lobby, the artwork is fantastic as are the common areas. Bathrooms are a little dated, but the rest is nicely appointed. Services were restricted due to the pandemic and no one came by to replenish coffee, towels, glassware, etc. I’m sure I could’ve asked, but didn’t

Stayed here two nights, due to pandemic there are no cleaning services available and that was fine bt me. Walked in to the room, first thing I noticed was broken glass door on the closet, one very outdated motel looking room. The bedding had hair all over I'm sure by the cleaning crew and sheets were old and bedding had stains inside. Eh, whatever Next up bathroom , again it was old and bit moldy, caulking around the bathtub was coming off and all the walls had stains on it. They left me somewhat used or broken lotion bottle to use bleh.. Overall location wasn't too bad but the rooms were just filthy and I wouldn't stay here ever again.

I spent two nights here en route to Olympic NP and honestly, to not have to stay in Seattle. The Room: You could compare this to a chain like a Hilton Garden Inn or Courtyard Marriott - "nice" budget and a bit dated, but generally comfortable to sleep in. The bedroom area was definitely sleeker than the bathroom, which was an eyesore The Hotel: The theme is glass art and the lobby is actually pretty cool. I really wish some of this translated over to the rooms. +++ Beautiful views of Mount Rainier! Location: I wasn't familiar with Tacoma, but the area around the hotel was dead with almost nobody around day or night. There are a few restaurants in walking distance but those are the only open businesses unless you walk quite a bit or drive Parking: There is an extra fee to park in the run-down surface lot, which did not seem justified in this area Breakfast: Not included, but they had a to go station and I give a thumbs up to the quality of the coffee and ability to get a made-to-order omelette My pet peeves: Noise: GREAT! The area was dead - you won't hear a single thing Wi-Fi: Annoying to connect to and mostly slow Shower: So-so water pressure and a mediocre showerhead with no hand shower Air-conditioning: Average; It will cool the room but the system takes a while Overall? With limited options between Seattle and Port Angeles, this hotel made sense for my trip. The rooms could go for a face-lift (especially the bathroom), but I got the feeling this mostly caters to business travelers, of which I doubt there are many right now.

I wanted to lock my laptop in the safe before leaving my room. It would not lock. I reported this to the front desk. They sent an "engineer" to the room to fix it. He entered our small room with no mask. My wife & I both donned masks. He worked on the safe for 10 minutes (w/o a mask) & announced the safe needed replacing—but he didn't have a replacement. I said I'll just put valuables in our car. He said not to do that—his car was broken into on the premises & robbed just 2 wks. ago. We were told we'd get another room. 5 hours later we still didn't have another room. We checked out. *Also*: Upon arrival we looked for an ice machine on our floor & found none. I called the desk, & learned the ice machine on our floor didn't work. After a few more questions I was told I could get ice on the floor above.
