Picked this place online due to listed amenities. No breakfast yet a restaurant you could buy food from anytime but morning. And pool was closed. Not to mention the room was not well maintained. The hallways smelled musty or something.
Found stains and blood on pillow and sheets. Tweakers and drug deals going on in the parking lot. Stay away. We had them trying to guess the combination to the back door. We were moved to new room with same issues. We felt we had to take multiple showers after we left
Overall a great hotel great staff. I have only two complaints no early breakfast and each time I called from the airport for a shuttle pickup it was more than half an hour and the hotel is half a mile away
AVOID THIS HOTEL AS IF YOUR LIFE DEPENDED ON IT AS THERE ARE HEALTH CODE VIOLATIONS. I woke up to my entire room being flooded with toilet water. Not having working plumbing is a health code violation. Went down to get a new room and management's response was to ask me if I fixed the plumbing for them by turning off the inflow (I had, I'm not stupid). WTF? No apology, no nothing. Front desk clerk is high or has a major psychological disorder as she could not find me a new room and just kept screaming about how "if anything happens to this hotel, I will be very upset". What? I am so angry I am trying to delist them from booking sites so that no one else gets trapped like I did and I also think there are serious code violations all over. Do not put yourselves or your kids in this environment.…
Not a single amenity advertised was available. A week prior, we stayed at hotels in Kentucky and Pennsylvania with full breakfast, pool, and exercise equipment open with no issues... this hotel doesn't even have coffee or water available in the lobby! The staff was friendly enough, but the COVID excuse to not provide advertised amenities creates extremely false advertising conundrum and is not worth $130+taxes/night!!!
