As a Hilton diamond member they used to include breakfast for one or two along with your stay. Now they only provide a $12 credit at this particular hotel and breakfast, coffee, tax and tip was $40. Very disappointing to pay $28 at an airport hotel for breakfast, even after a $12 credit. Some confusion as to whether the credit was $12 $24 or $25, but when all is said and done only $12 was offered. Will stay at Bonvoy hotels going forward, as they truly provide complementary breakfast for two for Bonvoy Titanium members.
Airport is in walking distance or you can take the hotel shuttle which departs every 30 minutes. The room was very quiet for being so close to the airport. Reception was friendly and gave good directions.
I've provided input in the previous screens. We were less than satisfied with the new $ credit for Diamond members along with the availability of quick food (vs. restaurant food) upon arrival in the evening. We also felt the arrival/check-in was less than welcoming. Otherwise good. Thank you
don’t wait for their shuttle if you don’t have huge luggage, just walk towards the train station and go across the street, it’s ~10 min walk, shuttle is every 30 min + 10 min if you get red lights. located right next to the train station, marriott might be a better choice though.
We stayed 2 nights in early July. Our room was perfectly nice, very soft beds & sheets. The outdoor pool area is very nice & pretty with comfortable loungers & outdoor hot tub. The restaurant was good but pretty pricey. There is also a Starbucks counter with snacks & sandwiches, You can walk to & from the airport or take the shuttle. Covid-typical issue of being able to order take-out or room service, but having to walk down to the restaurant to get a menu which was not available in the room or via QR code or in the app or online. 3rd time at least that I've encountered that pesky little problem at a major hotel chain. Head-scratcher.
