We stayed here for a short stayover before a flight to Hawaii the next morning. I have NEVER and I mean NEVER... in 22 years of staying in hotels all over the world seen a more disgusting hotel than this. There were toe nail clippings and food and who knows what else all over the floor. Clearly it had not been cleaned in a very long time. My partner was bitten by some kind of insect in the bed during the night. We actually left the hotel at 4am and just went to the airport early to get out of the room. DO NOT stay at this hotel!!!

First, I've stayed in a lot of dingy motels in small towns all over the place, and have seldom, if ever complained, it's just that this one is exceptionally bad for a major chain. The Quality Inn Airport is neglected and dirty. It's also dangerous, especially if a solo female traveler had to stay there as it is in a recessed position, surrounded by overgrown shrubs with parts of the parking area not readily visible from the street. The parking lot is filled with trash and cigarette butts. There are guys hanging around outside smoking and drinking that may or may not be actually staying there. The exterior doors, with the exception of the main entrance are caked with filth, the concrete entryways are gross and sticky and the hallways smell like pee. Stinky trash was piled on receptacles inside the entrance closest to the lobby. The rooms were much better than expected based on the rest of the premises, but there's still a smell of mildew in the bath. There's no way I'd ever stay here again or recommend staying here no matter how cheap. Time to tear this dump down!

Like what the title says. The worst part is when i confronted the front desk staff, he appeared as untrusting or maybe he is just used to seeing this. The inn is right next to an airport so do not expect a quite sleep during the day. Overall a bad experience.

This was good for one person stay before a trip. Shuttle was timely and easy to use. Make sure the front desk knows when you need to leave in the AM, as this is the busy time. I didn't eat the breakfast due to leaving so early. Price was right for someone who just wants a no-frills safe, clean stay. Front desk ladies were helpful with getting me to the nearest mall for last minute shopping.

when we arrived at the hotel we were charges 25.00 a piece for each of our 3 small dogs. Didnt see that anywhere on their website. were were then directed to level 1 which is basically the basement to stay in a cold damp room that smelled like animals had peed all over it. They only have 2 pet friendly rooms both in the basemen, we felt like we were living in a dungeon. we had no view other than bushes to look at and the carpet was old a d so were the drapes. we did talk to the manager who didnt do anything for is and could have cared less. its obvious they dont use there money the make to fix anything because the doors are all banged up and damaged i will never stay there again or advise anyone to stay there..they dont care about their guests at all

Greetings; Thank you for your review. Very sorry for the confusion. The third party booking site where you made your reservation, states there is an extra charge for pets. I noticed you extended your stay with us, and we appreciate your business.
