The manager was extremely rude. We reserved a room with choice privilege points and when we got there late in the night the manager refused to honor it. We had to drive to a different hotel. Horrible customer service!!!!

Well located off I-405 with quick and easy access to the freeway. It's just minutes from Bellevue. The room was clean and neat. The bed was comfortable and I had no problem falling asleep. A great way to beat the horrible traffic if you have a meeting or function in Bellevue. There are restaurants and a Starbucks in easy walking distance. It's pet-friendly.

Very basic basic.....room beddings are decent. Some towels are stained. Maybe overlook by housekeeping. Just enough space to navigate in the room. Bathroom needs a little fixing. The vent is very noisy. When it’s on it hums pretty loud. A bit out dated. One and maybe two nights at most if you need to be in this location and for the pricing. I wouldn’t stay longer than that. Front desk were very friendly. I talked to at least 3 people in the front desk and they were very pleasant. Breakfast was typical waffles, toasts, bananas, OJ, milk, and coffee. Mostly agreed with reviewers here. Hope it helps!

We stayed at this property recently while attending a sporting event in the area. Its adequate at best. The entrance from the street is difficult to navigate especially at peak times and the exit left to the freeway even worse. The rooms are small. The bed was hard. The air conditioner was noisy. This motel is in need of a major overall. The pool wasn't working. The free continental breakfast was only okay. The redeeming feature is that it's close to the freeway (despite the access/exit issues) and the parking is decent.

Not much of a breakfast (cereal and waffles). Sketchy entrance from road. Small room. small bathroom. bathroom door barely opens past toilet. Would rather pay a little more for better service. Its pretty old and outdated.
