The hotel's website says free shuttle service from airport. NOT true. Cab from airport cost $29 (9pm) and return to airport via Uber (8am) was $23. They give credit off bill of $25. Also pet friendly which implied to me no charge. My bad as it cost $25 for our 6 lb Chihuahua - fair price but nice to say in their website. Just saying........

Where to even begin? First it took 2 hours to get checked in, the front desk personnel where extremely rude, there was a deposit no one knew about, and it's not a hotel it's an apartment complex that still has people living in it. So we go to our room, walk in and it reeked of pee and smoke. On top of that it didn't have the pull out bed or jetted tubs that we paid extra for. We go back to the front desk receive more attitude and get a new room. This time my husband and brother go check it out first and they walk in on a guy standing there who obviously wants the room key. They come back to the office and tell the front lady and she laughs and says "oops I forgot he was there" WHAT?!!!! How do you forget you gave out a room?! So we get yet ANOTHER room, this one is alright but has a ton of flies, clear water damage on the walls, appliances broken, 1 set of silverware for 4 people, and a small pot. We had planned our breakfasts and dinners to be in the hotel to save some money....couldn't do that. Now to my brother and his family. Their first room as well did not have the pull out bed or jetted tub that once again we paid for, so they got moved to a room that had both. The issue was the pull out bed had no sheets or blankets and the mattress looked like someone died on it. Wnt and asked about extra sheets and blankets and where told they have no extra sheets and blankets..... so how are they cleaning these rooms when they have no extra blankets and don't know who is in the rooms?! We had to go out and buy an air mattress, pillows, and blankets to use. We learned later on that the front desk people give out free cards to people to go in rooms. We had to take our important things with us as there was no security of any kind. Any one can come and go in any of the rooms at any time unless you are IN the room to be able to lock the dead bolt and door chain. After giving the kids a bath within 30 minutes of them walking on the floor their feet where black as if they had been running around town barefoot all day, it was disgusting! They are clearly running a prostitute and drug ring here as well. It was the WORST experience and hitel I have ever been too.

While it did provide a basic accommodation, the facilities were lack luster and it felt as if we were in a subsidized housing facility. On three separate occasions during our stay we had to go to the front office to get replacement keys because our card keys stopped working. On check in we were required to pay for the entire stay upfront. I have done a substantial bit of travelling for work, and typically pay for the stay at the end of my stay. Also there was a surprise $300 deposit imposed just because of the type of room we rented. The big item of concern-I used a specific credit card for this trip that had not been used in nearly a year. I used it that afternoon at a tourist attraction, for a $39 charge which I slid the card and had it in my possession. Then I used it to check in at the hotel at about 3:15 PM, handing the card to the desk clerk and receiving it back after a couple of minutes. Later that afternoon, about 5 PM, the two front desk people came pounding (not knocking) on our hotel door. They said they had not charged for the room and needed me to come back and pay for the room. I went to the front desk and again handing the card to the desk clerk and receiving it back after a couple of minutes. I want to state again..this is only the second time I used this card in the last year. At 6:45 I received a purchase attempt alert from my credit card company for an item through Louie Vattan. I have never purchased anything through Louie Vatton. I immediately contacted my credit card company, verified the information I just provided and cancelled that card. I did not get a good feeling from that and would not recommend this hotel or plan to stay there again. There was no conversation or information about health or safety measures, there was no information that breakfast would not be offered. Thre was no information about made or cleaning services during our stay (Of which we found out we had to ask for the room to be cleaned and go to the front office for towels.

My husband and I were traveling from Ohio and wanted a place close to the airport before we headed into Seattle the next day. When we arrived the front door was locked and you had to call in order to be let in…that should’ve been the first sign that this was not a good idea. After we checked in we walked to our hotel room in the back of the facility. This place is right next to a Wendy’s and a gas station. We got to our hotel and it was very old— nothing like the photos that this place advertises. The pillows on the couch were wrapped in pillowcases and used on the bed. The carpets were dirty. The porch had one plastic chair sitting on it. There are no outlets to plug your phone into. Within five minutes we had a suspicious guest at our front door banging on the door asking for “Chet”. He then asked again a little bit later and we knew it was time to go. As we walked up to the front lobby again there was a lot of suspicious activity going on outside of our hotel lots of random people walking around just not a safe area. As we get to the front desk the door was locked again we got a Lyft and got the hell out of there. This place is advertised that this is a Wyndham hotel and then when you walk inside there’s a sign that says this is privately owned. Don’t be deceived. And they also advertise there is an airport shuttle there is not. We ended up staying at the W Hotel in Seattle it is more money 100% worth it I felt safe it was very comfortable and clean and a great atmosphere just go to the W!! I wish I could write this is zero but I’m not given an option so I gave it the lowest review of one.

The front desk check in was unfriendly at 6 pm. When I discovered that the suite was up stairs I asked for two first floor rooms. She said I can’t your reservation was for a suite. Never said if she could not because they were full. My husband uses a walker. It was dangerous. But we did it carefully. We had been traveling for 14 hours. The room key did not work properly. The lamps no bulbs. The room phones did not work. I reported this to front desk. The next day bulbs were in the lamps.
