Used it as a quick night stay before heading home to London UK tomorrow via SeaTac. Oh my god, wallpaper peeling off the wall, dirty sheets, the bee stank of smoke , so you were breathing smoke smell all night while trying to sleep. Then a loud boiler room with a generator or some kind of machine making the most horrendous noise every 3 hrs for 5 mins , sounded like someone pneumatic drilling ! I cannot wait to get on that plane and get out of here! DO NOT STAY HETE TRUST ME. Ughh skin crawling this thinking about it.

We walked in and it smelled horrible and the beds had obviously not been cleaned, homeless people live outside, several people live in the hotel, you can hear EVERYTHING through the walls. I was not happy and wanted to pay for a better hotel/motel LITERALLY anywhere else, but my friends couldn't get their money back so we decided to just stick it out. We sprayed everything with Lysol and made the best of a room where the toilet wasn't even fastened to the floor, the white sheets were covered in stains, and you could hear people fighting down the hall. We are currently undergoing treatment for scabies we did not have before the trip but we sure do now. In case you don't know, scabies is a fun little mite that burrows into your skin, lays eggs, and spreads throughout your body. It can survive outside of a human host for 3-4 days on things they came into contact with that weren't WASHED WITH HOT WATER. Wash your damn bed sheets. Cheap rooms are not worth having your entire body infested with mites, please take it from us.

We are from out of state, so we did not know the area very well. We booked online for a night just to have a place to sleep. Upon arriving, I was approached by a few transient people who were not staying at the motel asking me if I had a lighter, and was screamed at, and called a liar for saying I didn’t have one. As we were checking in, we asked about all the people on the property who weren’t staying there, and the front desk lady told us they have transient people who hang out outside, but they would ask them to leave the property if we asked. After getting into our room, it was horrible! The wallpaper was peeling in every direction, there was mold all over the ceilings, our non smoking room reaked of smoke that was mixed with a freshener in the air. It gave me such a bad headache, I could not walk back into the room. The bed sheets, and blankets had brown and white/yellow stains all over them, along with the wall as if it was blood, or poop. The furniture had rips, and holes all over them. I would not walk barefoot on the carpet, let alone have my 9 month old crawl on the floor. My 4 year old could even smell the smoke covered up with freshener, as it hurt her head as well. Now to the bathroom. There was fresh blood/poop drippings all over the tub! It was still wet, and I wanted to vomit. The coat hanger was also coming out of the wall, that could of been dangerous to my kids. Between moving our luggage in back and forth from the car to the motel, we had our car broken into, and items stolen. Non emergency was called, but never showed up to help us write a police report. We didn’t even stay an hour before we tried to get another room, but was informed we had the nicest room. WHAT?! Moving forward, I got a refund for that place, and checked into the Marriott in federal way. I learned my lesson on you get what you pay for.

The only good thing I can say is that the receptionist couldn't be more helpful all credit to her. The room, non-smoking?? I think not. Bedding had stains and cigarette burns, bathroom was pretty much a no go. The refrigerator had mould, the safe didn't work and the ironing board looked like it had been used to perform an autopsy. WiFi was an unsecured network. We were on the 2nd floor at the back, there were several people hanging about outside and they weren't exchanging knitting patterns. We lasted 2 hours then checked out, we just didn't feel safe.
