Hello: It is a pleasure to greet you and thanks for thinking about us as a choice to spend your holidays. It is true that we have faced some problems in the resort but most of them have been solved and we are working hard to continue improving our customer service quality. We try to give our clients the best of our services. We would like to explain you that this is the high season, but Cuba is a beautiful island and its beaches are the best including ours as well as the safety places to go and so on. All the experiences are not the same and we think this can be a great first trip to Cuba. It is going to be a great pleasure to host you here. have a nice day.
