Stayed here for two nights with my family, rooms are clean and neat, bathroom is small. Location ok not in town but near transport and taxi across river is quick. Staff are friendly and helpful and we were surprised for the complimentary breakfast for a 3 star hotel as it was quite good. …
The hotel is a good 20 min walk to old Porto town. As we arrived the first day at check in, we were not impressed with the welcoming. The guy at the desk ( elderly man with glasses ) was a rude unwelcoming arrogant guy. There was no smile to get out of him I think he was having his periods. But let’s be fair after our stay in Porto we soon realized that this is the way to treat tourists either rudely or cheating you!! One BIG advice to all new comers do not take anything they place on the table in the restaurant that you did not order( return it and say no thank you) they will charge you an arm and a leg for it. We went to a restaurant close to clip hotel called offline they charged us 35 euros for a few small shrimps, in Spain you eat a lobster for that price! The hotel overall very clean and for a three star hotel for European standards is not bad. The staff could be a little more smiley and friendly it almost felt like we were more of a burden. The breakfast is ok not waow but it all depends what your used to, if you content yourself with just some bread and toppings or cereals you’ll be fine. The thee in this hotel is bad very bad actually. Portuguese should import twinnings because their thee is probably the worst of all European counties I’ve visited. I wonder what a Brit would say. Obrigado!!!…
It was all great. The accommodation is comfortable, the shower pressure is strong and the breakfast is super complete. All clean and the people that works there is really nice. All you need in this place. Also you have tea and coffee in the room.
Room very clean. Comfy beds and good shower. 3* hotel but delivered. Breakfast very good (no hot food but not needed).Breakfast area always kept clean and replenished. Reception staff very helpful. Would stay there again
Lovely, not expensive, super clean, comfortable hotel. The staff was really genuinely friendly and professional. Breakfast was simple but adequate. Not far form the city centre, 3 stops by metro. Next door to a large mall and supermarket.
"Don't go anywhere near a room that has a balcony as it probably has a noisy air extractor. And certainly not room 711"Read full review
