Went with the intention of apartment searching and stayed for 3 months, I rented the attic apartment that has a full kitchen downstairs, separate from the living area, the main room is very large with a skylight. Every room is furnished very nicely with country furniture, the bathroom is modern with a nice skylight, every room is bright, with big windows so you feel like you are living outside, and I loved the views of the country side and the farms. There is a restaurant downstairs open everyday, and sometimes there is live music, which was fun. It was such a good experience I have recommended it to my Aussie friends for their trip next summer when they come for a month.

We have been using Molenda since it opened and have stay every year. Federico and Francesco are great friends and are charming and funny and they will do anything for you, both speak good English and have a great sense of humour.

We use the Marsarde (Attic) apartment with the kitchen as we have a family and everything has always been clean and tidy and the facilities great for us. We stay throughout the year and it is nice and warm in the winter with its own heating system and also cook in the Summer as there is air con in the master bedroom.

Federico is a great host and will advise you on where things are locally and sort out your breakfast , just ask and he will get it for you.

The Bedrooms are decorated traditionally and have their own on-suite with communal dining area. There is also free wifi.

There is a good Restaurant below but there is no noise from it.

I can really recommend it for a good priced and convenient place to stay.

I stayed for the Easter period together with my family. I can only say that it was impeccable from all points of view, the strong point being the welcome, you will feel at home and this is thanks to the professionalism of the manager Federico, a competent person and one of the family. Beautiful structure, comfortable and spotless rooms. Beautiful entrance area with kitchen where Federico will delight you with typical products such as tarts and savory desserts such as cheese cake, I highly recommend and will certainly return. Alexei

As soon as we arrived, Federico attended to us. A wonderful person. He showed us the house which was very clean, spacious, tidy and very cozy. Also 5 minutes from Città di Castello.
Our stay was for 3 nights with breakfast included, because day after day Federico made sure that we did not miss anything and our stay was as comfortable as possible. Every morning he made sure to make breakfast for us and asked us how we had spent the night. Very helpful.
Right next door there is a restaurant where you eat very well, there is a variety of food and it is economical. If you stay at the B&B you have a discount. From the house you can't hear anything from the restaurant so there is nothing that could bother you.
This house is perfect for a quiet getaway.

Really well looked after farmhouse, welcoming Federico, an exquisite person, a welcome that you couldn't ask for better.
a place suitable for families as well as groups of friends.
Speldida common area with fireplace and wonderful breakfasts, homemade desserts or delicious cold cuts and delicious bread.
Renovated with great care, it is the ideal place to spend relaxing days with every comfort: large comfortable rooms, a kitchen available, and a truly familiar welcome.
We will definitely return because it is a place that is located at most an hour from everything: Assisi, Gubbio, SanSeprolcro, Arezzo, Lake and so on.
absolutely highly recommended

The farmhouse immediately presents itself with great attention to detail which makes the structure welcoming. the reserved parking is convenient and free. in addition to the cleanliness of the rooms, delightfully furnished and equipped with every comfort, we were struck by the quality and variety of the breakfast (sweet and savory) which you can consume in a large and beautiful lounge embellished with an ancient and enormous fireplace on which the guest rooms overlook. In addition to the beauty of the place, the kindness and helpfulness of the Host Federico remains unforgettable as he welcomes you with the warmth and smile that distinguish this wonderful land and its inhabitants.

We spent 5 nights in this B&B, which we recommend for the beauty of the farmhouse and the rooms, and for the very effective organization of breakfasts, with always a few surprises to start the day well. The location is ideal for organizing day trips in Umbria.
