A lovely, quiet family run hotel with private parking close to the Salerno/Reggio di Calabria motorway. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We booked half board and enjoyed an excellent supper with good wine at the adjacent restaurant at very reasonable cost.

No words can do justice to this jewel of a boutique hotel. We stayed there two days in late June. Spacious, bright, very comfortable and exceptionally clean double-room. Delicious breafast on the shaded porch. Excellent price-quality ratio.
But what really stood out for us was the warmth of the staff and their attention to every detail to make us feel comfortable. They went to extraordinary lengths to help us solve a hiccup which had nothing to do with them but which they helped us bring to a close. Great people, great stay. Hope to return.

We stayed there for just one night passing through.
Nice hotel abroad, if you isolate it from the context that surrounds it (abandoned houses and poorly maintained streets).
Clean rooms but not too much. Apparently ours seems very clean but there were a lot of hair stuck to the floor. Care should be taken after washing ashore. However, I repeat that, apart from this inconvenience which I solved by collecting them because I have a little girl, it was very clean and sanitized.
The guy at the reception was very kind.
It was nice to have had breakfast outside, but the breakfast, despite being sweet and savory, was very basic, there was little choice.
Cappuccino and coffee made by the girl at the bar and served, excellent.

Very nice "old fashioned" hotel.
Spacious rooms, furnished ad hoc.
The room where we had dinner was beautiful.
Varied breakfast, with drinks served on the spot by the staff.
Parking available, at the end of a lovely garden.
Friendly staff.

This hotel is in a good location - central, but away from the noise. On foot, you might find the hill to the front entrance a bit steep but there are actually two entrances - so one can choose the side/back entrance. Great parking.(both entrances) Very friendly staff. Relaxing outside area to sip a drink whilst waiting for friends. Bedroom clean and comfortable (as long as you're ok with hard mattresses). If staying here, make sure to go to the Castello ... then stop for a drink at the 'al fresco' bar and enjoy the view. If you're travelling by car, spend the day in Tropea (lovely beach) then go to Pizzo Marina for a lovely pizza by the sea.in the evening. In Vibo centre, you have to try some delicacies at CinCin Bar... trust me :)

Very good stay for 3 nights, beautiful views of the town from rooms with front facing balconies. Breakfast plentiful and staff friendly, would recommend for good value and nice stay. Town itself is sort walk away, as others have mentioned hills are steep so mightn't be best suited for anyone with mobility issues,

This hotel is in the hill town of Viba Valencia. The hotel is located towards to top of the town and up a hill.

The hotel decor is very well presented and clean and tidy. The room was spacious with a large king bed if a little hard. The room had a TV which didn't have any English channels.

The hotel has a small breakfast room providing typical continental breakfast.

There is good parking at the hotel.

One problem is that our room was at the back of the hotel, one night there was a very noisy wedding party in a local restaurant very near to the back of the hotel. We asked to move rooms (we knew the hotel was half full) but the receptionist claimed not to speak much English and didn't understand. Strangely when we came to checkout the same person spoke perfect English!!!

The hotel is a 3 star hotel. I would recommend it - just try to get a front facing room!

Very particular hotel, with ancient parts outside where you can have a breakfast in complete tranquility. We had a great time, the staff super welcoming and the cleanliness of the rooms impeccable. I was sorry I had to leave...
