I had the best time the staff is so welcoming and helping. Everything is so beautiful i love it. They arrange scooty for us at the lowest price and help is preparing our itinerary of rishikesh trip and so thankful that is choose this place to stay

I stayed at Hotel Aqua vibes Rishikesh for 2 nights with my family. We were greeted very warmly with the staff. They were always there to provide us good services. Rooms were spacious with mountain view. I suppose it's a new property since everything overthere is brand new. They also arranged rafting and bungee jumping for us at very nominal price. Ours was a pleasant stay. Kids friendly hotel as they have activity area for the kids to keep them busy. Wonderful experience. Recommended.

All right the hotel location is in Tapovan, so that's great. The rates are competitive I like that. There is basement parking available so that's good too. The room service could be better, that being said it was not bad to be fair. The service could be better, we complained for 2 days of no HOT water.and inadequate water flow in the shower. Eventually we got a bucket and heating rod for shower, please remember it's 16deg in Rishikesh now. They did not offer housekeeping services for 4 days that we stayed there, but we never insisted on it as well. I think the view from our room made things livable. The WiFi was not stable but it usually worked so we were ok with that too.

I will not beat around the bush and tell this as much as possible in a plain and simple manner Unclean rooms, broken furniture and doors, unclean corridor and lifts. Unresponsive and dispassionate staff. Terrible breakfast which does not even get ready at 9:00 AM compared to other hotels who have their breakfast spread ready as early as 7:00 AM. When I shared this with my fellow traveller. , i was not surprised that their friend too had a similar experience with the hotel and staff. Overall pathetic and dirty place, rude and unpleasant, unresponsive staff. They seem to have rigged the ratings in this app. Pls avoid this properly and save your stay from being ruined.

Hotel Aqua Vibes is a Sub standard hotel not worth staying. I went with my brothers and stayed a night here. We had pre-booked from booking.com which said no pre-payment required and cancel at any time. I got a call from hotel a day before and they asked me to pay 25% advance to ‘confirm’ the booking. We paid and got an acknowledgment. At the time of checkin we were asked pay in advance. Surprisingly, they have no card machine at the hotel and you would be required for to pay only via UPI or cash (yes, no wallet!)
Here is what I found when we entered our room:
1. Dirty bed linens and towels 2. No shower curtains 3. Broken shower head 4. Damp walls and constant smell 5. No chairs provided in the list room. Other rooms had it.
I have attached a copy of complaints we had. We asked the hotel reception to share it with the owner.

I've visited Rishikesh multiple times for Rishikesh Karnaprayag Railway Project and stayed in multiple hotels during my visits. I found this hotel best for me because of the friendly staff with their quick service. Even hotel owners were always keen to have feedbacks especially the negative ones, even if there were none, to improve. Rooms size were sufficiently big with mesmerizing view and were clean too. Food was also good. Special thanks to Mr. Sagar, the front desk manager, for managing my stay.

Hotel staff is very welcoming. Food is really good and serve food with utmost hospitality. I went there for a retreat session organised by agni yoga. Chef is very nice in terms of behaviour , just let him know earlier if you have any specific allergies . He will make changes in his food accordingly. Front desk personnel are very calm and helps you across your stay. Rooms are spacious and have all necessary amenities. Housekeeping staff is very welcoming and understanding . As for recreation foosball table had made our day as we enjoyed that with our group. And Reception area is our common place of relaxing. Above all it is near to the market and this saved lot of our time. If you are planning a stay it is the most comfortable place that you will find.

Not a very good place to stay. I later found out better places in Rishikesh with same or lower rates. The staff is not fit to be in the hospitality industry . They will not accommodate any of your simple requests like carrying your luggage in the morning from your room to the cab waiting at the hotel. Reason being they don't have any staff until 9:00 AM in the morning. Bfast will not be ready until 9:30 AM. Overall we as a group felt that they are running the place just for the heck of it. We found better places with more courteous staff and cleaner rooms. Better to avoid this place.
