The front office Manager is doing his best to keep the Guest happy and take care of giving the best of service to keep the impression of the hotel as best as possible.
I strongly believe and hope the hotel in the next year will improve. The check in was professional. It was recommended to use the hotel restaurants on rooftop and coffee and restaurant services. We have gone to the rood top but it was not ready for customers , later after evening visit to the Rishikesh we decided to have dinner in the hotel. We got the menu card but most of the dishes was not available as well we did not get the drink menu. After asking for it and selecting non alkohol drinks , most was not available , so we had just water. Because of the area the restaurants in the hotel have just vegetarian food , no coca cola ect. no wines so one should know about this. The A/C system in the rooms has no auto mode so u can not really set a temperature. In the evening the was no hot water , so we both had a cold shower , after calling service it was fixed in 20 min. The service team should remember once entering Guest bathroom to change to shoes as both Guys has step in our floor wet towels with the regular shoes. The minibar is empty and nobody asked to fill it up so we had to bring our own supplies. The housekeeping kept the room clean. The breakfast was very poor and just South Indian from which the first morning we did not get to order from menu , the next morning dosa was available. At breakfast we ordered cappuccino but after waiting 20 min we were informed that the coffee machine does not work. The buffet was also practically empty so you have to ask non stop to get some more food. Perhaps it is a low season time. In a very positive way , before advertising the Hotel as a 5 star the property should keep the 5 or 4 star style. For sure the management is doing the best and wish them to keep upgrading services. There is a gym , table tennis , snooker table, no jacuzzi or pool available. I still recommend this Hotel as a good value as the prices are very reasonable.

The Hotel (would not call it a Resort) is good with Modern Amenities. The rooms are spacious, but the balconies are very small with pigeons and its smell. Suggest to put nets. Location is good with Goa type excellent cafes within 2 kms, I am a Sterling member and the unfortunate part is that, for members, 1. They have only 4 rooms for members. 2. It is mandatory for Sterling Members to pay the Utility Charges, Access Charges (wonder what it means), and Breakfast and One Major Meal charges per person per day in advance at the time of booking which are non refundable. For me, this is not Member Friendly.
However, the hospitality accorded to us by Resort Manager, Mr. Davender Bali was excellent. Plus the thing we liked about him is that he was omnipresent, hands down working in all departments, unlike many Resort Managers.
Would also like to really appreciate Varsha in the front office, a very sweet girl and an excellent professional Yoga Guru, who made my Wife's sessions memorable. My wife would like to wish her all the best in her career.
Would also like to commend, Shubham in the Restaurant. Highly energetic and willing to serve you as per your needs with an omnipresent smile.
Lastly, and this is for the Raw Mango Lovers. When you climb up the stairs outside to the Buddha Statue and 3-tier lawns, you will find many medium size raw mangoes (of course during season) on the ground plucked and dropped by Monkeys and Langurs from the many Mango trees above. Many of them them are half eaten by them but one can find many whole ones. We had real fun picking them up every late morning, We were like small children picking those mangoes but at the same time apprehensive of being caught by the Resort Staff. This thrill for us oldies was super.
Lastly, I am sorry to say the Covid-19 protocols were minimal. In October 2020, we had been to Sterling Varca, Goa, where these protocols were excellent, namely Sanitizer and napkins outside each lift on all floors, Sanitized pens at the Reception, Alternate tables at the restaurant were kept empty, to name a few. Unfortunately at Rishikesh Resort (or Hotel) the only Covid-19 check was at the entry with a temperature check and that too was minimal.

Sterling is probably the best place to stay at in Rishikesh. There is so much to love about it, the location amidst the serene ashrams, the cleanliness, the delicious food (especially the extremely refreshing masala tea they churn up) and the helpful and sweet staff that make the stay even more pleasant. I had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean and spacious and had all the amenities that we needed except for a bathtub. The hotel staff was very polite and courteous. I visited there on my anniversary and they arranged the complimentary balloons and towel art. Shivani Goyal deserves special mention who coordinated with me to do all the arrangements including the cake (which was chargeable since they bought it from a bakery). The breakfast was average. Since, both the towers of the hotel face each other, so no good view is available from the rooms except for the view of the hotel itself. This hotel is about 2.5 kms away from the Ram Jhula.

The room and other amenities were good. The best part of the hotel was their employees. Suraj and Virender from the reception were incredibly helpful to us. Harish from the restaurant was also very collaborative and chief Rana's food was also pretty amazing. If I wanted two bottles of water at 2:30 also, Pawan Negi from housekeeping would come in a jiffy. Another good thing about the hotel was its location, which is 7 minutes walking from the Ram Jhula Market.

My stay at Palm Bliss Rishikesh was more than decent, the staff was courteous, food was good however I would definitely want to take some time and put a mention of this amazing person I met at this place, Mr. Ashish Bhatt. He was very prompt in his services, never needed to remind him of a request we already made and would ensure it simply is done in first place.
I remember I requested a few people in the staff for a banana fruit and sliced papaya for my under 2yr old kid and they would take all the time to not get it done. However, when you request Mr Ashish, he knows how to take care of his guests and treat kids right.
Mr. Ashish was generous, courteous and always welcoming. I wish him my best in his future endeavours, and highly recommend him if you are to stay at this place.

This was my first vacation with friends after this lockdown had started (Almost about a year).
And would like to thank every staff member for the services they had provided during our stay there.
The food these people serve is very delectable and all of us really enjoyed eating there. The staff was very helpful and friendly and made sure that we don't compromise our comfort and feel like 'Home away from home'. Plus they have plenty of options for the guests to spend a nice time here.
They had also followed all the safety measures as per the Covid-19 guidelines and this is one of the most important tip for any other traveller who wishes to visit here.
Overall we all had a really great time staying in this property and would surely recommend it to all the people who visit Rishikesh in the near future....

We received a smiling welcome to the hotel, which is a little away from the main Rishikesh so is less noisy.
Deepak helped us with our luggage (which was a lot!) very efficiently and with a huge smile.
We had booked 3 rooms and enjoyed our stay, barring few small issues which can certainly be improved upon.
The bathroom in one of the rooms was smelly; this smell was masked by spraying an air freshener on day 1 but Kuldeep from house keeping fixed it properly the next day. He was prompt and refreshed the room and the bathroom in a way that it stayed fresh smelling throughout the rest of our stay. We also had to call the plumber to do some maintenance of the hygiene faucet which was attended to efficiently.
Another issue we faced was, no one attended the front desk at night when we needed some water in one of the rooms so we had to wait till day break. We highlighted this at the time of check-out and feedback was taken well.
The highpoint of the stay was the amazing food. We ate all our meals at the hotel and enjoyed all the preparations. We tried the buffet and Ala Carte and enjoyed all dishes served. Service at the restaurant provided by Saloni was very pleasant and she took care of all our requests. They also have a complimentary Chai Station which serves good tea and coffee in the evening in their cute garden space.
Overall a pleasant stay at Sterling Palm Bliss.
Taking one star away for the few issues because I feel those issues can be avoided and a check on those items can be made as part of their standard operating procedures. But overall it was a hospitable stay.

Not right by the river, takes a 10 min ride to the river. And no so far as I know there's no swimming pool.
It's only 2 km from Ram Jhula and Sita Jhula both ( central place ), at begining of Rishikesh - Badrinath Road. Better then Tapovan Area where plenty of hotels, their distance is more than Sterling. Transportation like E Riksha, On call Scooty or Taxi Service available by Hotel on actual rent or fare.
If you see the structure of the building, both the towers faces each other, so you won't be getting any view of outside the hotel from the room.
No indoor games available, niether any seperate play area. The ramp or car parking area has lil space for kids running around. It has little open space for evening tea but thats after a little climb, i mean stairs. But very risky for little kids
