Skyward was definitely my favourite hostel I stayed at in India. The local workers are some of the best people I have ever met in India, young, cool and amazingly helpful. The place was really clean and they make you feel welcomed and safe. The hostel is tucked away behind the shops and a decent staircase is needed to be completed to get into the hostel, don't let that put you off because this hostel seemed to attract the best and most adventurous of local and foreign travellers. It's worth eating there for breakfast and dinner when you can because it's well priced and really yummy food, please try the chef Mohan's signature pancake, the best pancake I've ever eaten holy cow. For the location, cheap prices, Well maintained facility, Choice As staff members, great food and chilled out little restaurant, evening jams on a selection of instruments they have to offer in the restaurant, and the epic service I got, I will be staying there and only there when I go to Rishikesh again, 5 stars....Namaste

I stayed for 6 nights and it was perfect! Everything was good. Location is great it’s just 1 mins walk to main road. There’s lots of yoga classes near by. So you can find any drop-in classes or TTC for practice just your fit very easily. Clean room, Cool common area, Hot shower is able to whenever and toilet paper, water, whatever you need, they gave it at all. Great staff, they’re so welcoming, smiling all the time and caring for guests as family. especially Amit, Mohan, shubham Thanks a lot guys 😉
호스텔 위치가 정말 메인로드 바로 옆 골목 쪽에 있어서 (계단은 좀 올라가야 하지만) 편하게 머물기 좋았어요. 아쉬람에 딱히 머물지 않고 드랍인 클래스 들으면서 저렴한 호스텔에 머무실 생각이시면 딱! 입니다. 스텝 친구들도 잘챙겨줘서 지루하지 않았던 일주일이었어요. 추천 추천 :)

Its a good spot , the Terrace have a ganga view and it's blissful the . The cafe staff is super chill and music goes around on weekends with full sabha . Good vibes and food .when u went they allowed drinking but yes peacefully and we were couple so we were not disturbed much . The place gives you a iron modern yet old fashioned building

Pathetic hostel, the hostel is in a mess under construction yet they take bookings and don’t bother to inform the real condition of the hostel. We booked a double room with them after seeing the good photographs and guest reviews using booking.com with the booking ref#2837-898796 and when we reached there the hostel and did the check in we found the rooftop cafe is under construction the entrance is like a garbage dump with cow dung on the staircase to the hostel. When we asked for cancellation they took one day charges INR 1500/- for the room we never stayed.
We asked why didn’t you disclose the cafe is under renovation and the hostel is in such situation they didn’t have any answer. While we were leaving the hostel they were giggling among themselves. Pls check all the pictures and decide☝️

The view at the top cafe of this hostel is incredible and is what made us book it in the first place. The rooms are quite basic but everything was functional and this is only reflected in the very cheap price. Unfortunately our room did have mould on the roof which is presumably due to how cold it gets in the winter. There isn’t much insulation on the doors at all so it gets incredibly cold in the rooms. We also got given a towel with brown stains on (I think it had been cleaned but obviously just needs replacing). It’s also quite frustrating that they have taxi prices on the wall in the reception but when we asked to book one to take us to Haridwar the receptionist said it was not possible. Overall I would say if you’re looking for a very cheap hostel with a great view then go for it but if you want tor rest and be warm and comfortable then go elsewhere. Also make sure you leave enough time to sort travel as it can be difficult to get taxis/tuk tuk on this side of the river especially as the Laxman Jhula bridge is closed and the ferry replacement only operates during the day time.

Great property, super super friendly staff- literally helped us in our entire trip !! Even helped us book another hostel at another place. They had jugaad for everything we needed. We left our baggage for 2 days without us staying there, fully secure 😊 Fully recommended :)

Incredible place to stay. Ashu and Anchal made me feel so welcome and so at home. The facilities were clean and I enjoyed the more laid back environment. The cafe made really nice food and the view from both the cafe and the roof space is incredible ☺️

Pathetic staff and very rude and not cooperative at all . I suggest there are lot of other hostels near by . Reception also not good and not cooperative . Never ever in life will visit this hostel .. guys see near by . Toilet also very dirty told them for soap they did not keep staff is pathetic

Skyard was my first hostel stay ever which was amazing. Host is really professional, polite and helpful in everything. I would definitely recommend this stay for friends and solo girls/boys.

Best place to come and chill, plus budget friendly rooftop cafe with good view. With good friendly people managing stuff for visitors. Stayed for 2 days had good time. First day was good second day musical night was there it was quite good area is also good it is in market can go anywhere near easily walking distance.
