Do not stay here. Told me that I booked the wrong reservation and would not give me my money back. There is no way I would have booked a room with one bed since I have a grown son. Said they couldn't do anything for me plus then the girl pretended to call her manager and was actually calling her own cell phone! Do not waste your time and money on this place - didn't even look clean!

Wonderful staff! Clean and quiet rooms. Hotel is close to hospital, shopping, restaurants and highway. They are pet friendly hotel. They don’t offer breakfast but have a wide variety of items they can be purchased.

My family came to visit from out of state, the rooms where stuffy, beds are stiff. Plus on top of all of this, they have said that they (my family) smoked in the room, because when housekeeping knocked on the door, my family didn't answer. 1. My family has health issues and do not smoke. They were how ever visiting other family members homes that do smoke. 2. The elevator reeked of cigarette smoke and so did the hallway, prior to my family even arriving. 3. The walls were paper thin. When I called and spoke to the manager Anita, she stated " that the house keeper smelled smoke so we charged you the smoking fee" 4. Again they don't smoke, didn't find any proof at all that is was coming from this room. Anita got a huge attitude when I bgan questioning her about who, when, what was found.…
