We stayed at the Fredonia for 2 nights in late October. We couldn’t be more pleased! When I walked in the first thought I had was “Jetsons” when I saw the chandeliers. The décor was so fun and the rooms decorated nicely although a bit small. Breakfast at the hotel was really good! We ate dinner there one evening and both myself and my husband had the chicken fried steak. Very good. There was a lively bar scene for a Monday night as well. Very nice and helpful wait staff. The weather was cool so we couldn’t use the pool, but we had drinks by it one night. One of the staff, Adlei (sorry for not spelling this correctly) fired up the outdoor heaters for us. All the staff were quite helpful, but Adlei (again spelling!) was so very personable. We enjoyed our conversations with him. You can’t go wrong staying at this hotel if you visit Nacogdoches.

Katie we are so happy you enjoyed your visit at the hotel! We wanted to give our hotel a special blend of old school meets the future and you nailed the description perfectly. We are so happy you ate two meals at our restaurants as we are one of the only hotels in the area that has full service dining! Adlai is a fantastic employee at the hotel and we are happy to have him, and happy he treated you to fantastic service! We hope to see you again soon!

This hotel is beautifully restored with a modern edge. The customer service and food are excellent! I stayed in the tower two months ago, then stayed in a cabana last night. Both great, but the spacious cabana has the advantage of a reserved parking spot in front of the cabana, a beautiful pool view, and a small patio with chairs. I highly recommend this hotel.
Thank Cindy T

Cindy, we are so happy you enjoyed your stay. The cabana rooms have a high demand because of our spacious they are and the vicinity to our wonderful cabana pool and Nine Flags bar. We hope to see you again soon!

This hotel has been restored to it's former days and it's lovely. It's older so the rooms are a bit small; but enjoy the old time ambience. The restaurant is quite good as well and the service all the way around is tops.

Had another Great weekend at the Hotel Fredonia in Nacogdoches. East Texas has nothing that even compares and is one of the coolest spots in the state right now! Two hour drive from H-Town and is the perfect spot to getaway from the city. We love Travis at the Front Desk, he’s always very helpful. Julia in the 1st City Cafe made dinner enjoyable and efficient before we made our way to 9 Flags (Bar in the hotel) for the rest of the night!
I’ll definitely be back soon and I’d highly recommend Hotel Fredonia to anyone looking to get out of the hustle and bustle of the city!
Thank ginger t

The rooms are beautiful, unique and completely updated. We stay at the Fredonia when visiting our daughter at SFASU,it is right in the the middle of town, making it much more convinient than the chain hotels that are further away. You can walk to the historic square for great breakfast at Dolly's and to the Fredonia brewery. It has a great bar with seating outside around the orginal pool,we like to eat outside when the weather is nice. The resturants and service are also top notch.
