No receptionist (and it’s a big place) couldn’t get key, lucky to get in building, wouldn’t answer the phone number provided , barrier always shut to cars, no access code provided by booking.com, an envelope was hidden away that an old man who spoke no English . Needless to say none of the wifi networks worked ..nice location , clean enough
Very nice apartment with nice view from the balcony, clean and well equipped. No ac but not really necessary (all day sightseeing). Close to the beach, well located. TV with several channels including disney channel :)
Due to coronavirus my flight was cancelled. At first they made an offer to change the dates without any mention of a charge. Despite my original dates being peak time UK school holidays they inflated their prices and made no effort to accommodate me. I have stayed in the past multiple times and my honest opinion is that the hotel is average and it's location to Siam park and bus station was the reason I returned. I would suggest you think carefully about booking here and book somewhere more reputable. I am sure with the virus you will find better hotels for the same price.
We booked an apartment via booking.com arrived at the apartment to find the owner did not arrive ( we were unaware that it was privately owned and not managed by the reception) . It took 4 hours of online discussions , being told the owner would be there ! He never turned up . A phone call to booking.com to be told that they would have to find us somewhere else , which shortly after they did ! However by this time we had managed to secure a room via the apartments reception , it cost slightly more but Booking.com have assured me they will refund the difference after I send receipts . They have apparently refunded the original amount but it has not gone into my bank account yet. Just as well we had the money to rebook ! The hotel receptionist stated that this has happened on a few occasions ? We now have an apartment basic , clean which is fine . …
Being Canarian residents we found this complex to be standard, aged but ideally located between Playa de las Americas and Costa adeje, directly behind the Costa adeje bus station, ideal transport to and from the Tenerife south airport. Only 2 streets from the seafront but close to reasonable supermarkets and restaurants. Many people report badly of this place, granted it's dated, functional and could use upgrades, but when u are paying less than 50% compared to flashy upgraded places only 2 streets away, what do u expect ??? Want more, pay more !!
