The issues with covid documentation was made so easy by hotel staff, printing off paperwork for us. Reception is often very busy during check in due to the time to help everyone. Food was OK but a little repetative but resteraunt was busy but well organised. the outside bar and snack bar was well run and Marcos was incredibly busy yet kept joking and making everyone laugh, great fella. Entertainment was good just disappointed bingo was cancelled which my special needs daughter was looking forward to. would recommend for mature people and majority there were older people. getting a sunbed can be a challenge (get there early.

Hotel's Favourite
Just arrived back from this hotel and had a lovely stay. The hotel is modern and very clean! The receptionists are very helpful and speak very good English. They helped me multiple times 😊. On our last day our flight wasn’t until 9pm so I wanted late checkout, unfortunately this is not guaranteed and Friday was one of their busiest days so wasn’t granted, however they gave us a key for the shower room free of charge and a time slot before we left so we could get ready for our transfer I thought this was marvellous. Sunbeds people get up at stupid o’clock to reserve them and then don’t even use them all day it really annoyed me! There are a few spare sunbeds up the top out of the way so I just sat up there in the peace and quiet. Food was ok , not my cup of tea most nights so I had the fresh fish with salad most nights, but my boyfriend liked it so it’s definitely personal taste you can’t please everyone! Saying that I’m coeliac so require gluten free food so each night I had to find one of the managers which were extremely helpful and walked me round each night and showed me what I could eat. This was never to much trouble for them and always brought me a fruit salad for dessert. One night they got the chefs to do me a gluten free pizza they also offered pasta to. There is no list of ingredients for each item of food which I find would be much more helpful and i wouldn’t have to hassle the management. Just want to say thank you to the staff for such a pleasant stay I would recommend this hotel and come back in the future

Myself and friends have just spent a week at this lovely hotel and had a great stay. The hotel is huge, clean and in a super location. High points: the pool area is huge and overlooking the sea. We were never unable to find a sun lounger as there were plenty available and tons of space. The staff were all absolutely wonderful, we had an issue with our bill and it was resolved quickly and everyone was so helpful. Low points: the triple room without the sea view wasn’t great. Quite basic and small. However the sea view rooms were gorgeous looking and had an incredible view so will definitely book this next time! Food at breakfast was a good variety and the pool bar had decent sandwiches, burgers, cocktails etc. I will definitely recommend this hotel to anybody coming to Las Américas and am already looking forward to coming back!

Returning to this hotel was nostalgic for me, in the hotel I was 6 times as a child with my parents, Rooms+ interiors 10/10 The Staff 8/10 Restaurant staff 10/10 Hygiene 10/10 Reception 8/10 Food 5/10 Breakfast ok, dinner was big disappointment Exterior 10/10 Pools 10/10 Playground 2/10 only table tennis, and i think that, rackets are from 2010. Covid measures 4/10 , Animation 10/10 Excelent ! I need to tell Miss Dory was amazing Night program 10/10 Price: acceptable Management of H10: Reception- sorry, but you need there one more person for shift. because if you have lot of people for check-in is unfair for your guests, to wait for small thing which takes 2min, in the line, for 30min, if there are 2 receptionists and have lot of work. Lifeguard- please, its so complicated to hire guy who is able to speak just simple ENGLISH ?? Please explain me FOR WHAT you have RULES ?? - its forbidden to make reservation for poolbeds, but if you don’t make it until 7 15 a.m you can forget to find which is free… In CONQUISTADOR staff take care about this rule until 8a.m.! - guests without small kids, can be next to childrenpool why ?? - some guests can drink drinks in pool and smoke, and what your staff - looks. - some guest makes noise, they are DRUNK, want fight and what your manager do- NOTHING ! comes and looks. 70 percent of yours guest were older people, don’t let me write you, their opinions... Will we go back for another stay ?50:50
