We had a great time here with our two children. Kids area is a great get away from the sun in those hot hours. Staff extremely pleasant and accommodating. Rooms clean and tidy. Loved the afternoon sun with room facing the Cleopatra.

We stayed earlier this year. Breakfast is all you can eat buffet style. Loads of choice. Omelettes and poached/fried eggs are cooked for you while you wait at a serving hatch- beware they like to do their omelettes VERY rare, so if you like yours properly cooked through make sure you ask first otherwise you will end with a plate of runny slop! It is VERY busy at breakfast time- any noisy. There is often a queue to get in- especially a very long one if the weather is bad and they close the outside seating areas. If you wake up and the weather isn't good don't leave it late to go down for breakfast otherwise you will struggle to get a table before it starts to close down and they stop serving.
