We stayed here knowing what it was like as I'd checked it out. But the room we got was like a children's room, really needs a modern adult bedding added and pictures. Frogs on bedding wasn't welcoming. Towels were black but as I had seen the accommodation before hand I new to take my own. And got friends to wash for me, towels were never changed half way through week as said when booking. There was some mix up with payment as I booked in £ and had to pay in €. All in all it was clean and felt safe here. If you want a budget holiday it's fine. I can't say anything about shared kitchen as we never used it. You will need to buy your own cleaning stuff for your ensuite as nothing provided and in our week our room wasn't cleaned, no bother to me as I did it.

Location is pretty good, away from noisy bars/restaurant but still only few minutes walk. We went there cycling and owner let us keep our bikes in teh room which was a massive plus for us. Comfy beds, but bed head could have been fixed as they kept falling, friendly owner, nice kitchen, room god cleaner half way through the stay. Nothing luxury but was pretty good! I would definitely stay again.

I went here two years ago and was very happy but this year it has changed slightly. firstly they now have a open area with big fridge and seating this is a nice touch however the seating could be more comfy and it would also be nice to have two shelves for sharing first for books and the second for stuff people dont want to take back as we left a half full bottle of spray sun cream again that will get chucked and it isnt cheap. i suggested this previously but two years on it hasnt happened. the bigger fridge is great but a sharpie on a string would help to mark our items as suggested by the sign also a bigger sign on the door. THE ROOM. This is where it all fell down. we picked the twin room and added a message we need a double bed however it was a twin room with two beds ok not the end of the world. The beds were knackered. Whilst sitting on the bed a slat fell down then another and another. After replacing the slats i checked the other bed to find the slats were cable tied and gaffa taped on which looked awful and the mattress was split all the way along the edge. the headboards where not attached but were propped up. In the bathroom the top edge of the tiles were cothered in dust so clearly not done for a long time the soap dish on the shower pole was missing broken off and the sliding height adjustment was broken and barley together. the shower doors where not holding on at the bottom and were hard to close. on a plus the room came with a safe a fridge a fan towels and hand soap. The air con unit has been removed but is available for an extra charge. an extra set of keys for a small fee would be great as sometimes people want to do seperate things. The place has potential and i like it however the slats is lazy as hell. buy wider and slightly longer wood drill holes and bolt them to the frame or maybe invest in better beds. fix the shower and try lubing the runners on the doors clean the tiles. i dont expect much from a room but it should be clean and working properly. i really hope this place puts some more effort in it has potential to be very good. Also shortern the curtains so they are not all over the floor

I have been there twice a week with my Dad, we returned because it has a perfect location, the ocean is just across the street. We had a room with ocean view. It was quit and clean. The owner and the staff is very friendly.

Hey, you get what you pay for and this was perfect for me as a soloist! Modern, clean and not in the main hub of things. Was never looking for all inclusive or any packages- just the room with the bed, POWER shower and free wifi. Super friendly owner also.
