I would highly recommend this hotel. The food (we did half board) was tasty and varied, and of a really high standard. We were there at New Year and the special buffet they put on was just wonderful, and all included in the price. All rooms face the sea (south), and are fairly

The service and staff at this hotel is exceptional with such positive and friendly attitude. The atmosphere at the hotel made us immediately feel like home - all because of the staff. The rooms are in a need of an update, but clean. Every room has a pool and/or sea view

Sorry. I visited as a solo traveller outside the school holidays. I don't remember any children at the Riu Palmeras, Playa del Ingles. The hotel did have 'two sittings for dinner' but I opted for the later one. Access was excellent for pushchairs and wheelchairs. Do note that the hotel is only 400metres from the beach BUT there is a 30metre cliff to negotiate to get to it! Itwon't be easy with a pushchair.

Is there a sofa bed in the one bedroom rooms please
Yes kind of. The sofa is shaped like the letter “L”and is made up like a bed for one person, but it’s not a classical sofa bed.
