I spent my New Year's holiday here and it was okay experience. Some highlights but also some lowlights Pros: * very friendly and helpful staff, e.g. packed breakfast due to very early check-out was not a problem at all * the location is excellent, walking distance to beach, shops, restaurants * the rooms are clean, housekeeping does a good job * there's a nightclub/disco across the street but since the bedroom is located in the rear part of the apartment, one can barely hear it (also the bedroom is relatively dark, perfect for sleeping off jet lag) Cons: * the furniture is rather old and shabby * wireless is paid extra * the kitchen is part of the apartment but there are almost no kitchen utensils (not even sharp knife), no microwave either ... so I wonder how's one supposed to prepare meals there?

This is a large if slightly tired complex nice and close to the magnificent Jandia beach and not too far from pleasant Morro del Jable itself. We stayed in a ground floor apartment - which looked out on a dated shopping centre. Only higher apartments have sea views. Facilities were basic but clean. There was street parking. Go for it, if you get a deal.

We went back in May 2018. When we got in the first room was so dirty and the kitchen so filthy we asked to have a different room. The second room was still in bad conditions but a little more cleaned. Overall the building is falling a part, the frame of our window when it was closed was not parallel to the wall but there was an angle and one could be easily break inside. Then we had a bad surprise, we started to have cockroaches in our bathroom and bedroom on the bed linen, really disgusting, a nightmare; I could not sleep and we considered to look for a different hotel. I do not know how a place like that can have the permission to trade from the public authorities. It was a rip off for and a waste of money. I do hope the place will be shut. The kitchen had 2 plates and 2 saucepans, nothing else to cook and they were dirty we had to wash up everything including the surface, doors , handles, everything greasy. I strongly NOT recommend to anyone. We had to buy bleach , to clean the whole place, during my holiday; instead of resting I got home more tired than before this nightmare holiday. I took a lot of pictures which I still have. I hope this can help some other holiday makers NOT to waste their money and to look somewhere else. Honestly we should be refunded.

Basic Hotel in good location in Morre Jable. Booked a self catering seaview room for the week and got room 927 with an amazing view along the beach. Room was basic but clean and comfortable if a wee bit dated with no kettle, only a pot to boil water and a useless coffee maker. Needed 2 lifts from reception to get to 9th floor but was never left hanging around waiting for one of the two lifts. House keeping twice three times during our stay with fresh towels and bedding. thought parking around area would be an issue but found a space every day coming back from beaches up the coast. Reception happy to extend our time in room on last day six hours for 15 euros three Hyperdino supermarkets witin two minutes walk of hotel although the Spar at far end of resort was around 25% cheaper

We stayed in a Superior Apartment from the 01/08/18 - 15/08/18. Basically the superior apartments have been refurbished. There is no extras. Our apartment have no kettle or toaster and while the microwave has a grill function, there is no stand to use this option. The complex states it has air conditioning this isn’t in the rooms, possibly in Reception (if you find it please let me know. The maid service is appalling and is suppose to be every 4th day; it took three attempts to get our sheets changed and this eventually happened after 8 nights. The sheets had lots of holes in them and were in a poor condition. When the maid did come it was just to mop the floor and empty the bins, we got our beds made once. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned. Another problem is there is no where to put your rubbish and after a couple of days this built up. There are no bins around the pool or in public places, we ended up having to take it to outside the complex. When people are checking in the process is slow and the reception staff struggle, I couldn’t understand why no one from the nearby office would help and on one occasion there was about 8 parties waiting to check in and the Manager/Director just walked past and ignored them. One further point is there is a nightclub across from the apartments this does not close until 5am. We were at the back of the hotel and could still hear the music with the window closed. The complex was no where near full in peak weeks which speaks for itself. My advice if you do go is don’t pay extra for a superior apartment as they aren’t worth the extra money and are not superior!
