Very good main resturant, delicius food, many sea food dishes. Rooms are clean, hotel is very nice located with nice view. However the other restaurants are not available, need to book more than 7 days upfront (so before coming to hotel, by TUI magic life App but we were not informed about this by TUI. Additionally jaccuzi and panorama view pool are in separate zone where only special quest have access (private lodge), white TUI offer was presenting 6 pools available so this is not true. For the activities you can book 24h before activity in app but this is really hunting for places that get all booked in few seconds. There is no bike rent in hotel, you can only sign for organized bike tour but those are very long and for Mountain bikers. So another lie in TUI offer. Additionally for beach fans, beach from pictures is only from morning to 12pm and later after 7pm as from 12-7 there is an inflow - huge waves and beach disappears. There is no guard on the beach, no red flag which shall warn that it is dangerous during the inflow. Additionally hotel is in the middle of desert, not 5 km walk to city but 11 which is impossible to walk with kids especially on highway as beach is flown by inflow... and no bike rent nearby... I recommend to go to Oasis park for whole day open thursday to sunday 9am-5pm which is amazing. Public bus stop 15 min walk from hotel and drive 20 minutes just in front of Oasis. Feeding giraffes, sealions show, fauna show are breathtaking.

Dear 309malgorzatas, Thank you for sharing your opinion with us and the Tripadvisor community. We are glad to know that our gastronomic offer, as well as our cleaning standards have met your expectations. We have available 4 themed restaurants included, which can be reserved 7 days in advance. They are restaurants with limited capacity. During your stay we have reserved 1 of them for your family of 7 people. We are very sorry that despite making an effort for you, you were not satisfied with this resolution. To ensure the safety of our guests, sports activities have a maximum number of participants, to maintain a safe distance. In the description of the TUI website as well as on the TUI MAGIC LIFE website, you can read about the sports offer which is available: Guided bicycle tours with our professional guides, at no time is bicycle rental mentioned. Each Tour has a different level according to your physical condition. Therefore, a meeting with the guides the day before is necessary to know the description of the tours. We are very sorry that you have not enjoyed the wonderful surroundings of the Playa de Esquinzo, where our hotel is located. Nature offers us, depending on the tides, an apathetic beach for swimming and enjoying kilometers of walks along the shore. We hope that on your next holidays, you will receive the correct and necessary information so that you and your Family can enjoy a wonderful stay. Despite all this, we hope that you will give us a chance again in the future and that you can live the real TUI MAGIC LIFE experience. Kind regards, Your TUI MAGIC LIFE Fuerteventura team

Fabulous. Beautiful grounds. Beautiful scenery and beaches. Great food. Covid friendly and well sanitised and looked after. We felt safe. We arrived for one weeks holiday in December and decided to extend and extend. Numerous activities at all times, I joined in with archery step Zumba trampolining all included in the price. Johannes the TUI entertainer is made for the job:). Mika, Emma, Maddison, Stanislav and the Entertainment manager all fantastic. The DJ however seemed miserable and arrogant. Reception staff were not very helpful also. Alexander and Jani the TUI reps helped where they could and were friendly. Highly recommend this hotel.

We had no expectations going as we were holidaying during the height of the Covid pandemic and having just had a holiday cancelled we booked this 5 days before going. It was cheap and that’s what we expected. Boy were we surprised. Check-in is an ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE, it took over 3 hours. I had a bad back and my friend has a lung condition so we couldn’t stand and queue so we sat and waited for it to be less horrific. Which took some time. Thankfully it got better after check in. The food was the best all inclusive I have ever had in a European country and has rivalled some Caribbean ones. The food choices were fantastic and constantly being replenished. I’m wheat-free too and everything was well labelled. The drinks were okay. The rose wine was actually okay and we enjoyed this with dinner which you could help yourself too. I took my own drink and a hip flask as I’m picky but the cocktails were okay. Hit and miss depending who made them. The entertainment programme was second to none. They had something going on all day. Different classes. Zumba, water aerobics, water bikes. All looked amazing but sadly my bad back put me out of it. Evening entertainment was okay and worth a watch. The DJ was really good as was the quiz we did. Sanitizers were all full and gloves were always plentiful to use to at food service. You had to wear masks whenever moving basically and it was all well organised. Overall a fab holiday and a fantastic hotel. Would definitely recommend but please sort out check in!!! Oh and our stuff was locked in the room safe on the last day. That took a bit too long to sort out too but was done just in time for the coach to the airport!

Came here for Xmas week 2020 to escape the woes of covid. The hotel catered well for this with masks and disposable gloves in the canteen as well as hand sanitisers around the whole campus. The site is very large but extremely well maintained, food is amazing plenty of choice for meat eaters and vegetarians alike include soya and dairy free milks. The drinks are local but the beer tropical is very nice, the speciality is the mojito , one of the best I have tasted. Rooms are large and well kept with daily room service. Ask at reception for an iron or a kettle and they are brought to your room. You can also ask for a mattress topper or extra pillows. There is a room safe and hairdryer . Tv channels include itv and BBC but bring a roku or firestick as there is free wifi. The pools are huge and plenty of beds to choose from although they are cold the smaller games pool is heated. They have archery, tennis, football a fantastic kids club. The hotel is right on the beach although there are some steep steps down to it, use the back stairs behind the adults only area as the stairs are not as steep. On the beech to the right it is a 20 min walk to Jandia for shops and bars and take some almonds from breakfast to hand feed the chipmunks on your way. A fantastic hotel, amazing friendly staff a credit to tui. I highly recommend it and will return.

Price paid - £490 for 11 nights plus £70pp for covid PCR tests. I mention this as a factor as any more than this I would rate the hotel less but in terms of value for money it was good. Transfer with TUI was one coach all going to this hotel, no other drop offs so I think took around 80 mins. Check-in took 90 minutes as one coach had arrived before us and they only had 4 desks and a very slow check in process (which included taking note of negative PCR tests but previous reviews pre covid also suggest slow check in). Rooms - we were in 11124, we identified that we were next door to some "lads on tour" and didn't unpack our bags until the second day in case the noise was too much from them. Luckily the rooms were very sound proofed so we stayed put. The room was basic, no tea or coffee making facilities but had a very good shower. The bed was two singles pushed together but you couldn't have had a cuddle anyway as the hotel turns the air-conditioning off during the winter (still 22 degrees average). We had very poor sleep during our stay due to the heat and as we were on the ground floor and neighbours noisy we couldn't leave the terrace door open. There's a fan on the ceiling but it doesn't cool you down at all. Another issue we had with the room was that our door key would sporadically stop working and each time we went to the check-in desk a different reason was given and their fixes didn't seem to work. A technician suggested the lock needed changing rather than the electronic key cards. Food - the food was very good in the main restaurants, we're not very fussy but it was varied and always hot and refilled regularly. The main restaurants aesthetic was more like a food hall than a restaurant and we have been to nicer for a similar price but again the food was very good so no major complaints. The snacks at the pool bar were main meals e.g. fish and chips, burritos, burgers, hot dogs served between 2:30 and 4:30 if you preferred to eat later than in the main restaurant (12 - 2:30). The late night snack (ends midnight) was the major let down of the food element of the holiday, these were "sandwiches" but it was more like two pieces of tasteless bread with a slither of some unknown white paste on. Drinks - the beer was nice, the wine was fairly good but the cocktails were not so great. In our opinion the only good one was the mojito but you start to get fed up with mojitos fairly quickly. The Pina colada was okay but I think the cocktails could be improved on. They have all the ingredients on all inclusive for other cocktails but will only make the premixed list for you. We did order tequila, triple sec and lime juice but combined it did not make a very nice Margherita! I'm not a huge fan of spirits and mixer but my partner enjoyed the gin and tonic. I did have two vodka fantas on one day and they were very strong, I needed a nap after drinking those in the midday sun! Beach - not suitable for anyone with mobility issues, the steps down to the beach are steep and numerous. My partner and I are 28 & 30 and pretty active but we were quite out of breath getting back up the steps. The beach however is absolutely stunning, it goes on for miles. On several occasions we turned right at the bottom of the beach steps and walked around 4.5 miles which takes you to Morro Jable. It's a lovely walk and really breath taking views of endless stretches of beach. On windy days there is a surfing spot and it was fantastic to watch the surfers catching the waves. Morro Jable is a great little spot with lots of restaurants and bars, we went there on three separate occasions for sangria and pizza at Tapas de Miguel which was excellent and I'd highly recommend if wanting a change from the hotel food! There's a bus back to the hotel but we always walked back (you can walk either on the beach or a footpath). Due to how nice the beach is and Morro Jable I'd give the overall holiday experience 4* (3* for the hotel and 5* for the beach). We spent most of our time walking on the beach, swimming in the sea and going snorkelling. There are a lot of nudists on the beach so if you're offended by that sort of thing then it's not for you. Covid19 measures - you have to wear a facemask always except for when in your room or sat down, if you're moving around then you need a facemask on. In the restaurant gloves and hand sanitiser is mandatory. Some people didn't wear the gloves or use hand sanitiser. I think some people got overly confident given that people arriving at the hotel have to have a negative covid test however it's important to note that this doesn't include children and as we know children are often asymptomatic and therefore potential super spreaders, so best to execute caution and use the things provided to reduce transmission.
