This hotel is located in the city center of Morro Jable close to shops and big, clean beach. Service is excellent very nice and polite. We had a huge room with modern design and big terrace. It was one of the best hotel have I been. I must come back.
Myself and my partner just returned from a two week break at this hotel. We travel extensively (or used to before the pandemic!) and consider ourselves to have good judgements of a hotel given the price, rating, country, and expectations etc. Firstly, the staff here are absolutely wonderful. A very bubbly and friendly welcome awaits you with the lovely Patricia, who was so helpful and happy at all times, and her team of girls at reception, always there to greet you with a smile and assist you in whatever ways they can. The waiters and bar staff work so hard and always there with smiles and chit chat to brighten your day. Thanks to Allain, Xavier and Salvador in particular who helped make the dining room and bar run like clockwork when it was busy - always with a smile and friendly energy. The rooms were immaculate, extremely comfy beds and the best thing I found was that the walls were not paper thin as in most other hotels ( we never once heard our neighbours either side). They are bright and spacious and the shower was always hot and powerful whatever time of day you used it. The food was of an extremely high standard, an extensive selection always, with a big salad bar. Always plenty of different desserts to choose from. It was great to always have so much fresh fruit too at every meal - usually in hotels there is a bowl of fruit and when it's gone it's gone, but there was always lots of fruit, a huge bonus. Some of the chefs were very friendly and informative and would chat to me so I could practice my spanish. Thanks Ahmed! It is a very clean hotel, with all the correct covid cleaning procedures in place, communal areas cleaned extensively, hand sanitizers everywhere, and everyone wearing masks, we felt extremely safe. The housekeeping team work really hard daily and it shows. We always got beds around the pool or up on the roof terraces where there are jacuzzis to be enjoyed too. The pool is a little fresh initially but once you are in and swimming it's lovely. The location is great, just a few hundred metres walk to an idylic beach and a great long promenade for jogging, walking, cycling etc and if you walk right along the beach and accross some rocks when the tide is out, there are many little private coves to enjoy for the day. Gonzalo (GM, or one of them) was often at the hotel and was also very involved and friendly and chatty and Jose who was responsible for the animation was a nice lad, and did the usual games, bingo and quizzes etc you would expect. We had good fun, and he is good at his job, though things didn't start until late, which I felt may have been more beneficial to begin with something before 9.30/10pm. We have stayed in other areas of Fuerteventura before but can safely say Jandia area is by far the best for our needs of a relaxing, enjoyable, hassle free holiday and we will definitely return to this hotel. Thank you Cactus Garden, we will see you again at some time in the future!…
This hotel has potential, lack of lifts doesn't help, especially shared with staff. Bars not open, offered meals not on offer. Small pool space and a lack of beds round the small pool. No internal bar area so blustery when windy.
The best 8 days of our lives. Great hotel with lovely service. Very clean and elegant rooms. High standard. Very helpful people. Delicious lunches, dinners, drinks, wine and desserts. Our honeymoon was great. Thank you very much and we miss you already!
Stayed here on an all inclusive Hotel was modern and clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly and Patricia the receptionist was so so helpful and bent over backwards to help . The staff made extra effort on New Year’s Eve and Christmas Eve and the food was amazing , lobster , salmon , calamari , king prawns to die for . Sad to leave - only fault was small bar by pool and no footy to watch but that’s it !!! Rab
