First time in Fuerteventura and Morro del Jable and we were delighted. The Hotel is in perfect place, stairs directly to the long sandy beach, restaurants very near and all necessary ships also very close. Our room was perfect with gorgeous view to the sea from the balcony and the cleaning of the rooms was best we have ever seen. First and surely not our first visit - can recommend both the Hotel and also Morra del Jable to everyone

I've just returned yesterday from a lovely week in these apartments and have to say I feel so relaxed. The big pull on these apartments is the very envious location with the must spectacular views out to sea and of course of Morro Jable town. I arrived alone at almost midnight and was a little aprehensive as I got out of the taxi as to whether my key was going to be where I'd been told it would be...I needn't have worried. ..The one and only one negative I have about the apartments is the lack of lighting in and around the stairs and the lack of signage stating which set of stairs your allocated room was up. I think I went up 4 sets of stairs in the pitch dark and having to use my mobile phone for light to see the numbers of each apartment. I had to leave my suitcase each time but i didn't worry as there was no one around. It was silent apart from the sound of the sea.The rooms are adequate with everything you need. There is a microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge and freezer. I was given a bottle of water and a bottle of cava which were chilling in the fridge for me.The beds are comfy and there's plenty enough wardrobe space. Although there's no air con there is a wall mounted fan in the bedroom which was versatile and could be set to many different settings and was fine for early September. The bathroom was clean although a little hot when in use. Although I didn't use it there is a drying area through a door from the bedroom...some people left this open at night for added ventilation though for security as I was alone I didn't. Having said that I felt perfectly safe and had no worries at all anywhere within both the apartment or the town. There is a safe although I didn't use that either and WiFi was very good the whole time in the apartment. I paid €1 per day in advance for the WiFi which is free in reception but chargeable for the rooms. I had apartment 35 on the top floor , in the middle part which was 2 levels up from the pool. I used the pool twice and it was reasonably warm at @4pm. I didn't use the sauna area though I was allowed to store my luggage securely locked in there for 3 hours after checkout which was good. Checkout is at 11am but if they can accommodate you for a few hours the lovely Monica on reception is happy to help...I left my room at 2pm and used the sauna to store until 4.30pm at no cost. When you arrive and you open the patio curtains and doors and step onto your balcony the view is just idyllic. ..the sky at night looking out into the pitch dark over north Africa is simply breathtaking and I saw many shooting stars. Be prepared to tone up your legs as there are quite a few steps down, but more importantly up from the beach. I didnt manage it back every day but just jumped in a taxi near the town square for €3 per trip.. well worth it.Would recommend to anyone seeking peace and quiet and apart from the chuch bells ,which I found more useful than intrusive it's a perfect place for reflection and relaxation.

We spent a lovely week here last week in a 2 bedroom apartment. Well I don’t have a bad thing to say to be honest, from the start and warm welcome from the receptionist, through to the end of the stay was faultless. The apartments are comfortable and well furnished, beds comfy, shower powerful, good kitchen facilities, and fabulous terrace with 4 loungers and patio set. The view is simply stunning and couldn’t be any better, eating breakfast and evenings out on the terrace were simply lovely! Blankets on the beds were useful for when it’s a bit chilly on the evenings, but on this note the terraces are well protected from the wind. Sun comes on the terraces from morning till about 4pm. The pool is cold and not heated but we prefer the sea anyway so no issue there for us. Access to the beach is via quite a lot of steps and some slopes, so fine if you’re able to manage, probably not great if you struggle uphills! Saying that it’s only 5 mins up or down to town where the beach is and great restaurants. Harbour is 10 mins walk but only because it’s down very rugged steps! You could drive there in 2! Beach is fab and the end closest to town is the least windy. Stingrays in the harbour not to be missed. So all in all - fab location and fab apartments. Thanks for a lovely stay!!

We were upgraded from Punta Marina to Atalaya - I was informed about this when I called Punta Marina to make arrangements for our out-of-reception-hours arrival couple of days prior to arrival. Before accepting this, I made some check on the net about Atalaya and found out that people were mainly complaining about: -- Due to no AC it was hot at night -> not a problem in February -- Noisy church bells from 7AM untill 11PM -> not a problem for our sleeping hrs Having been to Morro Jable 12 times before, I knew that Atalaya would definitely be worth trying. And it exceeded the expectations. The view is just the best anywhere on the island. We got sunlight on the terrace from early morning until 4pm. The cold winds are mostly from the directions not hitting you there. If it is sunny, you can sunbathe there. If it gets too hot (as it did), you can go to the beach - 128 steps + 10 meters other vertical drop from the 3rd floor apartment may be a con for those with physical challenges. The apartment is not really big but it is big enough for two persons. Well maintained by very friendly staff. If something is lacking, the kitchen could have a little more silver ware and glassed - there were only 3 of each. Also, the sauna is not very good for a Finn owning two saunas himself. It was did not get hot enough, small and dark. And even those church bells - they were broken and totally silent for the whole week! A new week booked already for Feb 2019!
