The hotel is in a good location and was very clean and well designed. The only issue I had was the very cold jacuzzi. You could only set it to 30 degrees which is too cold for winter. Good idea to have it very bad execution.
A quiet gem by the sea. The apartment is amazing. Spotlessly clean. Very spacious with all mod cons. Beautiful sea views while relaxing in your own private jacuzzi. Anna at reception and all the staff were more than helpful. Highly recommend. Can't wait to return. The bottle of bubbly and fizzy water left in the fridge was an added bonus. Thank you to all. A well managed and maintained resort next to a fabulous town.
We have returned here on a number of occasions and, as always, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had been advised of a problem in advance in that the room we booked was not available so we had to move the following day which was not ideal. However they did everything possible to make the rest of our stay as easy as possible and we had no other problems. All very clean and well equipped. The new bracelet keys were very convenient and reliable. Hope to be back.
Booking online process was easy and confirmation was received quickly. Upon arriving outside of the reception hours, the agreed access procedure worked very well. The duplex was clean, quite well equipped and set in a quiet location close to the beach and centre of Morro Jable. Rooms are cleaned almost every day. We really enjoyed our stay and will return in the future.
We arrived at the property when the reception was closed and getting to the apartment was a 45 minute nightmare. We have received instructions by email that there should be an envelope with our name in a safe by the gate, containing instructions how to get to the apartment. But there was only an envelope with our name+room nbr and just a key inside. Use the speaker phone at the gate, the lady opened it and we went in - but could not find the room. Back to the gate, again on the speaker phone and: "You have to go the other building across street and use the key to open the gate". Went there, get in, found the locked room, could not open it. Back to gate, speaker phone again "I will open it remotely" - still locked. Remote opening was not working, for some reason. After a couple of drills a lady showed up and opened the room for us. Finally - after 45 minutes that could have been saved very easily by simple instructions, map of the property and a key card inside the safe. Also, the gate to the beach facing part (Rocamar part) has a traditional lock on the gate but the other part has gates with electric locks. And rooms have electric locks - we had nice silicon bracelets as keys but due to the gate still had to have a normal key with us all the time. But the room was really excellent and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The best possible view to the beach, clean, recently renovated, with everything you need. Would give 5 stars but the access problems mentioned above. …
