I guess this hotel must get it's rating from the proximity of the theme parks because it would never get it on it's own merit. Fortunately we went on a room only basis because on the couple of times we decided to eat in, we were very disappointed. The room smelt of sewers from the day we arrived to the day we left. The aircon was pathetic, it did not cool the room much but at least while we had it on the positive pressure pushed the smell back down the sewer a bit. It was nice to have a fridge just to cool the drinks a bit but it was a bit. Reception were generally apathetic so trying to find something good to say the maid was good, the room was always clean unfortunately she could not hide the places where shoddy repair work had been done. It maybe the closest hotel to the theme parks but the walk to the park, because of the long uphill driveway it would have been better to have a hotel further away and rent a car as the car parks are much closer. Even public transport drops off a long way away.

Stayed for one week with my husband and our 2 daughters half board , two double beds side by side wasn't good as you felt stuffy rooms where spotless. Great location about 15/20mins to the beach. Breakfast was great selection something for everybody. We had dinner which wasn't good we tryed to eat because we had paid but alot of the time we ended up taking our girls for something to eat afterwards which cost us more money, our last night we didn't bother attending the dinner we went out. The staff where lovely only thing they spoke in Spanish which while playing with the kids. The pool is lovely size but freezing and no floats allowed or balls. The little pub inside the hotel is good. The staff where helpful and the reception area had information about activities and pick up times. Our jet2 rep didn't attend our hotel 2/3days after ee arrived. The hotel was first stop from airport which was great. I would consider Coming back but would take B&B.

Ok so maybe we have low expectations? but as a family of 4, 2 adults 2 children we found this hotel to be very comfortable. The no table on the balcony really did not make any difference to the experience or the lack of tea and coffee making facilities in the room, or the fact that you have to pay for any drinks at the evening meal session if half board like we did. Or paying for the safe in your room with a deposit ( normal for any holiday room) or don't be swayed by the petty comments about plastic chairs, unfriendly staff rubbish you might read on here. It is a very clean value for money hotel within easy reach of the parks and the the sea. Here are some photos to give you a taster. 10/10 Value for Money Hotel.
