After a nice hike (09.03.2024) we stopped at this hotel. We had seen beforehand that the snack card was valid at this time (2.30 p.m.). So the small but good selection was completely fine for us. The cake we treated ourselves to after dinner was very good - probably homemade.
The house itself is a mixture of different styles and the staff seems to rely 100% on very friendly employees from Asia.
We spontaneously thought that we could book this hotel for a stay of several days for further hikes. After our meal we went to the reception and spoke to the friendly employee. I wanted a brochure and asked if we could look at a room so we could judge whether the comfort was something we liked. The young man said: Yes, that's possible and went to the back to an office. A lady then appeared who said no and said that wasn't possible, we could maybe come back tomorrow? I said we don't live here, but have a journey of over 60 minutes. A second lady joined us and said we could look at the cheaper rooms in the Dorflinde (the neighboring hotel is apparently part of the hotel). As I said, we had come back from hiking and apparently we didn't make a good impression on the ladies of the house. We could clearly feel this. That's why the hotel doesn't have a single star. The food in the restaurant is good and the service is friendly. We were happy to pay the €71.50 because everything was perfect there.

In and of itself a beautiful, tastefully furnished country hotel, but unfortunately it does not live up to the level of service and quality that one would expect from a 4*S hotel and a room rate of €82 per person for a double room with breakfast. The evening buffet costs €27.50 and would be justified for 4 courses (starters, two types of soup, main course and dessert) if vegetarian/vegan dishes were also available, as advertised: mixed vegetables and pasta with sauce are unfortunately not enough as a main course, and guests who want to eat animal products-free must be expected these days! The breakfast buffet, on the other hand, left nothing to be desired, it was more than varied and plentiful, but it is disappointing when from 9:30 (breakfast time until 10:00) baked goods are no longer available in full. It is also unpleasant when, as a paying guest, you are offered a table in the middle of the restaurant, even though there are still tables by the window available in another part of the restaurant and you have explicitly asked for them several times. And, yes, the question: "Did you like it? Was it okay?" would have been nice once and was not asked; that is not possible in any hotel category. The swimming pool and sauna area is beautiful and varied, ...but the heated benches and loungers should also be heated! According to the hotel brochure, some of the rooms are modernly furnished, some are not, and are quite thinly soundproof; this needs to be improved for the room price. Conclusion: We would definitely be happy to come back to use the sauna, but unfortunately it is not enough for another short vacation.

+1
We have been there 4 times in total and have always been very satisfied
The food was excellent
Everyone was very friendly, the rooms were very clean and the wellness area was top-notch
Overall 5 stars plus
We are always happy to come back
What is outstanding is that the chef even comes to the table personally and greets the guests

Visit to the restaurant on the occasion of an 80th anniversary. Birthday was unfortunately very disappointing
We have had many beautiful events in the past. Unfortunately, this time the evening did not even begin to meet our expectations.
The service seemed overwhelmed and without guidance, the drinks were not served and nhedchen,
We were on site at 7:15. Until all the coats were taken off, hung up and we greeted each other, it was 7:30. To our surprise, we were informed that the buffet should be cleared at 20:00. This button was dropped at the preliminary meeting,... more surprises followed, including the sudden information that we would have to clear the place at 10:00, otherwise a fee would be due.
Nor was the feedback culture of the hotel management gratifying in the aftermath. Very bad, by hospitality I mean something else and unfortunately cannot make a recommendation

The location is just fantastic, and the staff is extremely friendly and always there for us with a smile, which gives us a wonderful sense of warmth! We enjoyed our stay around 14:30 in the outdoor area overlooking the pool – just pure holiday magic. We look forward to coming back and will definitely recommend it!

The Hotel Siegfriedbrunnen seems to be the main hotel in the beautiful German village of Grasellenbach. It is a lovely, comfortable hotel, with excellent facilities including a fine restaurant (for indoor and outdoor dining) and a swimming pool. All of the staff, especially the lady who was the main waitress at breakfast, were wonderful. We will return as soon as we can!!

We didn't stay in the hotel.
We regularly drive here from Mannheim to the swimming pool on hot summer days.
This year I unfortunately have to make compromises.
The supposed sea water has lost a lot of its saltiness.
We were told in a very unfriendly manner not to use the loungers on the lawn. They said they were only for hotel guests.
Our evening meal afterwards was not recommended. The food is probably better in any retirement home.
The spaetzle were overcooked. The sauerbraten was too hard and didn't taste like a typical sauerbraten.
All in all, very tasteless.
I would have given full marks only for the nice and friendly Asian waitresses.

The weekend at the Ringhotel Siegfriedbrunnen was a complete success. The rooms are very clean and the staff very friendly and attentive. The breakfast and dinner buffet is very varied and delicious. There is something for every taste!
Thank you very much for the uncomplicated help with my car.

Only an hour's drive from Frankfurt, the hotel is in the midle of Odenwald, a beautiful area of mountain and forest. It's near to Siegfriedbrunnen, the spring where the dragon slaying hero Siegfried is supposed to have died. The hotel has spacious rooms, many with small balconies overlooking the valley.
What marks this out as special is the extremely good service: whether at breakfast, dinner, in the meeting room (very well equipped, light and airy), everyone is constantly helpful, without being over-attentive. Food is excellent quality.
I'm not a fan of the waitresses having to wear a dirndl uniform, but it's all part of the traditional theming.
Small indoor pool and other sports facilities. The large outdoor pool is available through the summer.

First, I introduce my self, I'm a motivation coach from Paris. Poeple are hiring me to chear up the motivation of a team.My lessons are in english.
So I had to chose a place where I can practise these exercices with a group of 12 poeple. We went to the Ringhotel Siegfriedsbrunnen, and it was amazing.
The surroundings are so peacefull, the perfect spots to refind oureselves.
The waiters are very friendly and professionnal. Although the german kitch is remarquable, we have been eating verry well, the director Mr Samer made us each Lunch a huge Buffet with a enormous choice.
I must admit I was very impressed of the welcomig attitud of the family Samer.
This place is strongly to recommend for these purpose.
And after a hard working training day, we had the possibility to relax in the welness area. In the evening, we spent some good hours at the bar, where Mr Samer set with us and had a chat with us, very causy.
