Horrible place. Don’t waste your money. Room smelled and had stains on walls. Felt like 1970s design. No room service or even a working vending machine. Internet slow and cheap TVs. Overall stay somewhere else.
Everything was easy and top notch! The conference rooms were equipped with modern seating options. The wait staff serving our conference were attentive and pleasant to be around. I had missed lunch but heard about a pecan pie that was served. Instead of the dinner dessert that was offered, I requested the pie and they went and found me some!
Food was horrible, front desk horrible with explaining things and lied about room availability until she saw i would pay more overall it wasn’t worth the money evening bar snack closed earlier than they said it would
Rooms need some TLC but this hotel and staff were great. I was able to get the rest I needed and I would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to this portion of Houston. Cleveland was a rock star and was able to assist me with multiple requests. I really appreciated him.
This was our second visit at this property, in hopes we would have a better experience this year. Unfortunately, the lighting in the bathroom was still very dim and hasn’t changed since our last visit last year. And it was nearly impossible to apply make up. I do not have poor eyesight, nor wear RX glasses. But once again our room had very odd, soft lighting. It is almost blinding, even though it is very dim? Something hard to explain. But if you were a person that likes to glam up in the bathroom, this is not the hotel for you. Also, my guest and I both arrived to find only two towels and one washcloth in our room. Had to request additional towels. Upon check-in, I was told to “throw my parking ticket from the garage in the trash” and the parking fee would be placed on my invoice which is standard. But upon my departure after check out I was not able to get out of the garage gate because I did not have that ticket that I was told to throw in the trash. Therefore, I had to call the front desk and have a clerk open the gate for me. Also, I was told in room service was back in business before I ever made the reservation because I wanted to confirm due to Covid. I called again and was told that room service was back in service and that is one of the reasons why I returned to this hotel. The rooms are basic, and the bed was comfortable. The location is great due to being close to the Galleria. Everyone was pretty friendly, but we will not be staying at this hotel again.…
