I reserved a room for my son for 14 days and the property did not look like the website. As I was setting up the check in at the property I noticed there was a lot of traffic in and out of the hotel. Strange looking people but this was my first there so ok. I had my 3yr old with me and did not feel comfortable walking through the hotel to the assigned room. My son is a grown man so he could handle himself. Long short I am requesting a refund and told that I would not be getting a refund due to my son was asked to leave the property because the housekeeper said he came in a room that she was in and that she felt uncomfortable. They called the police so they say and that the housekeeper did not want to press charges or file a compliant. So if she was so afraid of something happening to her and felt threaten in some type of way she should have pressed charges or the police asked him to leave none of that happen. My son called me and told me that they the property person said that he would need to leave, I called the property and spoke to some I believe by the name Dustin and discussed this situation and he said that my son went a room where the housekeeper was working a closed the door. I said did her harm her or say thing inappropriate he no that the police was called and that he was asked to leave the property. So I asked him what was going to happen to the reservation and he said that he could remain throughout the 12 remains days of the reservation but would not be able to stay on the property in the future. Dustin? called me back and said his supervisor said my son had to leave I told him ok I would have him remove this belongs and if he could stay through night he agreed and I asked what about the remaining days and I would want a refund and he said I would receive about 7 days refunded. My son went back to the property and was not able to remove his belongs on that day. I called on Saturday and asked to speak to the manager I was told that I had to call back on Monday and speak to the CEO? and that they would be able to help. I called and spoke to a lady by the name of Jessica and told her that I would be there about 6:30pm to pick up his belongs and she stated that she was sure if it was in storage she would check I arrived she allowed me to go up the room and get this belongs. I called back a few days later and spoke to Anthony whom was the person at registration when we checked and asked him about my refund he stated that he just returned from vacation and would need to call the corporate office and get back to me. I wanted a couple more days and called back Anthony answered and I told him who I was and he said the I would not be receiving a refund due to the situation that happened. I asked him to give me the corporate office information he said I could google the website and there's a place to contact the office. I went on the website put in a request for someone to call me and I received an respond email that allow 3 business days and someone would respond to my inquiry. I have not spoke to anyone from the property nor the corporate office. I have been more than patient with this and will not be taken advantage of regarding my refund for the 10 days my son did not reside on their premises. I will be contacting the BBB and also seeking legal advice due to the non-compliant of the property. The message on the phone states the property have been newly renovated and I do not see where when you walk in the carpet appears that the place was flooded and couple times and you can see by the base boards through out the property it is not well kept. I also witness some suspcious activity taking place but it was not my business at the time. I will continue to write reviews regarding my experience with this GROSS place. I will contact the news media to see if we can speak to someone directly that is charge and can get results. This is ridiculous and I will not stop until I have my money back into my account.

This Hotel (720 N. Sam Houston Pkwy. E.) location policies sure are bad. I rented a room for the week came and checked the room out things looked good so far at the time. After paying for everything I later during the day had to take a dump afterwards the toilet flushed but the waste would not go down the toilet. Told the manger about it they sent someone to fix it. Didn't get fixed properly so they tried again still had issues flushing waste down. So imagine having to sit here in the room with a nasty toilet that don't work properly and the managers say they don't have a room to switch me to every time I ask. Then I was told cant get a refund. Also the bathroom sink has issues draining and no heating from the a/c. Cant get room switched and no refund? Id be crazy not to make sure other potential guests know of this too because this is just wrong. Talk about bad hotel experience in 2020 smh...

My daughter recommende it, just off Beltway 8, Highway access was convenient and outside the tollway area. There was no noise from the highway or from other guests. Housekeeping is minimal, only once per week and doesn't include replacement of towels and other supplies. I had to ask for repair of the microwave, which had gone bad before my stay. Some one had used the kitchen counter repeatedly for cutting food. A leaky bath faucet was never repaired during my 3 weeks, and my damage deposit was never refunded. Still, the property was clean and guests polite and self-restrained. For an extended stay, it was about my only option. Although considered a budget motel, the weekly rate works out to about $50 a night.

Although the staff addressed the problem, the roach infestation made the stay impossible. The roaches were even worse after the extermination company came out. The roaches were in the refrigerator. I moved out after making new living arrangements.

I stayed at this location while house hunting. The exterior is very well maintained. This is a 2 star hotel at best so indeed don't expect too much in all fairness. The mattress was so horrible my body hurt and I asked the front desk for another one. The maintenance guy came, looked at the tag and said it was due to be "turned" in a couple months. I asked if I could purchase my own for the time I might be there since the home I chose had to be built. He advised if I did they could not remove the old mattress from the room. That's ridiculous!!! The room is far too small to have a mattress leaning against a wall and besides, WHO DOES THAT ANYWAY? Moving forward, the exterminator came through on the regular rotation. I kept seeing small roaches when I had not seen them in all of this time. I complained on numerous occasions to the front desk. The manager came at least twice each time he saw for himself roach activity. He moved the refrigerator to try and see where they were coming from. He told me I had the only room with them. I replied that can't possible be true because they were going through a hole which meant they were elsewhere. I picked this place for 2 reasons, location and price because of what I was spending on the house. My fear was of roaches getting into my things. I NEVER kept food in the room. I always ate out. If I had take out I took my trash to the dumpster. What can I say other than you get what you pay for...in most situations. They are very outdated on the interiors.
