We were there just for a night's stay for an event. The location was very convenient. Room size was decent, facilities were clean. Service was friendly. Price was best in that area. Will recommend it to others.

Entering what was obviously a low socio economic area on my first trip to Houston, i was absolutley delighted to find this Oasis. Run by a charming Indian family, with not a great deal of english language skills amongst them, they made up for this with an spotlessly clean room and gardens.

Room was neat and tidy. Clean linen and smelled fresh. I would recommend that you bring your own hand soap as the bars given were "green natural" bars made from pure vegetable oil. Arrived late but staff was kind and friendly. Grounds were clean as well. Was a bit concerned due to some renovations however the workers were quiet and I was not disturbed. A no smoking policy in the rooms was a plus for me.

My experience at Raintree was not good. It smells, no towels ready, left dirty nasty towels on shelves, call to the office 1st clerk was apologize. The second clerk we call about the WiFi and not being clean, he was rude and not concerned how we felt.Ask for money back he said it'll be 3-4 days before I got my money. We end of staying that morning we got the hell out of there! Won't be back to Raintree off 610 !!!

Needed a room for two days at Thanksgiving for the two of us. What a great value for the money. Spacious, clean rooms. Large wood frame bed just like in the photo. Pink sheets. Large screen TV but no HD. Helpful, courteous, employees. Will stay here again or could pay another $30 per night on the other side of 610.
