Checkin staff very pleasant Used to stay here frequently but do not think we will return. Good location but the facility has been allowed to run down. Rates are cheaper than in the past but it’s a race to the bottom of a quality stay. Bed is worn out and uncomfortable. Electric outlets will not hold a plug. Generally rundown condition. Serious need of renovation. TV is small and difficult to operate. Not likely to return.

First I want to start on a positive note before I begin the list of why NOT to stay there. The front desk staff and the general manager were nice and professional but that's where it stops. When we opened the door to our room it smelled musty. The floors were absolutely horrible. There were SO many stains all over the room. The headboard has stains and was falling apart. The leather was coming off unto the pillows. The microwave was rusted out and had food droppings and stains in it. The curtain was falling apart with holes and stains all over it. The furniture was so disguisting that no one or nothing should be placed on it. I've never seen a hotel in this bad of shape They totally need to demolish it. No amount of modeling could help this hotel. I wouldn't stay there if it was free.

If I can give zero I would. The linens on the beds are stained and soiled.We were switched to 4 rooms diff.levels and all were the same except the last one where we saw a bug crawling under the pillow. We had to ran in our pajamas and stayed at Hilton down the road at past midnight. We always stay at Holiday Inn Express but this particular location was nasty. Bed side table has a watermark. They don't clean at all. When we complained to the manager, his excuses was that the staff was new they were hired within the past 30days. But, that is unacceptable esp.during this pandemic! Those stain on the bedsheets and pillowcases were obvious and they just ignored them. I think it's laziness. This was disgusting! no covid protocols for the rooms whatsoever. stay away! pillowcases with make up on them, dried bodily fluid, no soap, and lotion were uncapped in the bathroom. I was gonna download pictures but it says too big.

Rooms are showing their age. I received a status upgrade. Sheets were stained. Bed headboard rotting. Couch is second room could have been picked up at Goodwill. Not great value. You can do better than this for less money in the area.

Holiday Inn needs to do a better job screening the employees they hire. The front desk staff has a horrible attitude. They lack customer service, they don't enforce Covid-19 safety protocol. They have signs for people to wear masks but it's not enforced. The rooms are comfortable with coffee makers,microwave and fridge. They don't have breakfast but you can order room service. Sadly they also allowed loitering inside the hotel suspicious individuals loitering and would follow you to the elevator if they see you alone. If front desk provided better service it would make the visit more enjoyable, the hotel is conveniently located.
