This motel description is 100% wrong. No frig or microwave in my room. Stayed 3 nights and didn’t get my room serviced at all even after reporting it. Had a dog barking down the hallway at 2am. Came to town to work and sleep. Work was great sleep was terrible. I travel 50-75 days out of the year and never have I saw such incompetence in a motel. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!
The service was mediocre! The responses From the front desk was very bad. It said breakfast included and they gave me a bag with cookies no drinks. I will strongly recommend not to stay here. No parking, no water, no service worst experience in Dallas
Staff was nice. Pool was nice. Room smelled strongly of dog urine. I had to use my perfume to cover the smell. Plus the ac didn't work which i feel should've been disclosed at the time of booking but it was not. So the room smelled of hot urine. I didn't dare walk about the Room without shoes on. Not happy.
If you are reading this, just to let you know I have been traveling for 25 years and stayed in MANY hotels/motels, but I have NEVER EVER been treated the way I was here. This was my first time and now will be my last time in an La Quinta Inn. When I was checking in the Front Desk Clerk would NOT make eye contact and even acted blind when reaching for my credit card. Also the Clerk treated me like I would be destorying my room and MADE SURE I knew how much the charges would be and I signed more papers then I have ever, even BEFORE computers. I HAD to ask how to get to my room/parking area and she acted RUDE that I ask for so much information. This same Clerk called my room later that night, asking if I had a Guest. This is the SAME CLERK that checked myself and my guest in. I told me that I would need to pay an EXTRA GUEST FEE and started asking me about my reservations. I had STATED TWO GUEST when I made the reservations. Now instead of being able to sleep the whole 7 hours, I was going to be here I only got 4 hours of sleep - Thanks Front Desk Clerk - NOT. When we FINALLY got to our room, the room door was open and it smelled like so much bleach that it was making me sick. Since I have been traveling 25 years, I have also been writing reviews as many times as I can.…
Check-in was nice the rest down hill and worse. Rude front desk for night shift. On the Expedia app this property was show to sleep 5 and cribs were free along with children free. 3 adults, 2 childeren, 2 two year olds. Sounded perfect. At check-in we were told the property only had 3 cribs and all were already in use. Alright, bedroom was tiny and not two queen beds as stated. How this room sleeps 5 I don't know since it barely slept 2 per bed and there was only a single chair and an office chair. We went to see the fireworks and then headed back to the hotel to rest for the night. My wife asked if since we couldn't get cribs could we get blankets and a pillow. He was very rude and hateful and said "No we don't do that." She then asked about the roll away beds to which he replied "No you have to pre-order roll away bed." The bedroom looked nice like except the bathroom which had the wrong size toilet bowl cover so the lid had to be help up when men went pee. The shower looked disgusting and the doors were bi-fold but only one closed all the way with no locks. There was dried bloody boogers on the pictures. I think other than the nightshift front desk the worst was each bed had 2 pillows that were just a couple inches longer than couch throw pillows. I have never seen such a small pillow unless it was an extra for decoration. I never slept more than 30 minutes at a time because it was so uncomfortable. One of the worst hotels and I will never be back!! Stay Away!…
