This is our first choice when we come to Pigeon Forge. This hotel is in a great location. The rooms have been updated and are always clean. The staff have always been friendly and willing to assist in any way. Love the fact that we can get a family suit when needed.. The breakfast was a bonus, upgraded for two was only eleven dollars and some change. We’ve stayed many times & never been disappointed.

We chose this hotel based on it's location. We came to town for the Ford F100s and wanted to stay on the strip to be able to see the trucks drive up and down. The balcony was perfect for that! Enjoyed the view of the Old Mill and loved that we could walk to it. The room was very spacious and clean and newly remodeled. I especially like that there is no carpet. We had a great time and will be back.

Great locally owned and ran hotel. I t was the first time staying there but won’t be the last. Great location and great views from the balconies. The breakfast voucher for Reagan’s Pancake House was worth crossing the street for. This hotel is also close to patriot park to catch the trolley to go all over Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.

I was a bit skeptical because of how the building looked from the outside but inside it was great. It has been newly refurbished and was very clean and comfortable. The two bedroom rooms in particular are good if you need some privacy. If you can get a room near the stream outside its nice to look at on the balcony. It's directly across from the Old Mill which is a good restaurant and the shuttle bus to Dollywood which will save you from their overpriced parking!

Small, private hotel. No frills, but nice. We went with 2 families so it would have been nice to have a larger space, such as in the lobby, for us all to gather in the evenings. Instead, we had to crowd into one of the bedrooms to play cards and games. Also, we had rooms overlooking Patriot Park and the river which was great, but they are also right near the elevator and ice machine. So while the view was great it was a bit noisy in the front bedrooms. Also, the pool area was less than desirable as you had to actually leave the main building to access it, and the water was cloudy. However this hotel was ideally situated and convenient to all the attractions, so we feel the value for our $ was acceptable.

My husband and I stayed at the hotel 24 years ago for our honeymoon ! We returned for a New Year's Eve 2022. The hotel has been renovated since we were there and they did a great job keeping the hotel's original integrity., which was comforting. They offered a free hot cake breakfast or a discount on a full buffet breakfast, My husband and I opted for the full buffet (sausage, bacon, biscuits & milk gravy, grits, hash browns, pancakes, hot syrup, and a full fruit bar drink included). What a great value !! This hotel is extremely clean and we will be returning in the future as well as referring others to this great place to stay !

My boyfriend and I was looking for a hotel on the strip for a short visit for a wedding. We usually get a cabin but since we were only there for a short time we thought a hotel would be better. After searching hours for a hotel i came across riverside towers and booked it. We just checked out after a 4 night stay. Riverside towers beat our expectation. We enjoyed our stay in a king suite. We were on the fourth floor and had views of the strip and the old mill. The hotel was overall quiet. They did not have housekeeping that came to room everyday, you set out your towels and they responded quick to get us new ones. You were right on the strip so close to everything. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel and our trip. We will definitely be staying at riverside towers if we are ever in the area again.
