This is our third stay at this hotel. We travel south every winter and have quickly learned that you should never drive past Nashville. We originally chose this hotel because it is a few miles from downtown, so the cost is much more reasonable than the downtown hotels, which can

The Hampton Inn hotels are typically modest establishments with reasonable facilities and a good level of comfort. Our accommodation was a small, dark room with 1950’s décor but the housekeeping team did an exceptional job. We were unable to access the Internet from our room and

Hello and thank you for dropping us a note detailing your experience on TripAdvisor. While I’m happy to read your kind remarks about my Housekeeping team and Shuttle Drivers, I am disappointed to read your dissatisfaction with other aspects of your stay. Additionally, I’m also puzzled by your “spinning this yard for years” comment. Please reach out to me at 615-329-1144 if you would like to discuss this further so I can understand more of the specific details of your experience to warrant such a poor review. The hotel was easily accessible from Hwy 65. Popcorn in the lobby was a welcomed surprise. The front desk person was friendly and had many suggestions of places to eat and visit. Our room was spotless. The king sized bed was so comfortable and we had a great night's sleep. (

WOW! Thank you for such a gracious 5-star review! Along with my team, I am most appreciative and humbled by your warm remarks pertaining to our overall accessibility, friendly/informative welcome, spotlessly clean guest room, comfortable bed and complimentary shuttle/breakfast. These are the perks we like to extend to our guests to ensure they have a memorable Music City experience! Look forward to your return visit in the near future. didn't end up staying as check in was horrible. gave us the wrong room initially (king bed instead of 2 queens). Received keys for a different room and when we got to it and opened the door, it was already occupied and the guests were asleep in bed. Needless to say, those

Hello! I’m terribly sorry to read about your unsatisfactory experience; so much in fact that it begs me to wonder if your review was posted to the correct hotel? After reading your review I questioned my team and we are all puzzled. Are you certain your reservation was for the Hampton Inn Nashville/Vanderbilt 1919 West End Ave? I would be dismayed if this was meant for another Hampton property. If you want to discuss this in further detail please reach out to me 615-329-1144.
