The lobby is gorgeous - the food options are great - but lord everything is so expensive. Breakfast was 67 bucks?! Nashville thinks it’s Manhattan. If you’re going to Broadway expect to spend several hundred a night for very average bar food and beers.

Omni has PhD in stealing from customers. Even if someone else is paying for your stay, there are better places with far better service. Omni is setup great, but unless you are staying in lobby, its the customer service that matters.
"good luck getting the room style you booked"
"Get an upper floor corner room for the views."
"Ask for downtown view to the north, high up"
"Higher floors have better views of the downtown skyline"
"You want a king facing downtown and higher is always better"
