The Fairlane Hotel is a luxe hotel in downtown Nashville that brings back the style and personality of the 1960's and 70's. Steps from the action on Broadway, the hotel's retro-modern rooms (complete with era-appropriate décor and details) pair well with the vibrant lobby, delicatessen, coffee counter and 4th floor terrace restaurant and bar - Ellington’s. To top it all off, a 4,000 square foot penthouse is decked to the nines with mid-century flair and boasts a wraparound terrace, providing the best views of the Music City.

Everything is a matter of expectations and personal preferences, and while I’d put the Fairlane in the “perfectly ok” category, I am stunned at the overall TripAdvisor rating. The converted building is modeled in a retro 60’s style which is less than appealing - I get what they

This hotel is fun and modern, but you can get that at other hotels. What you can’t get is the incredible hospitality! There was literally not a single person working in the hotel that did not ask how I was doing and offer to be of assistance in any way necessary. We loved Travis

Just returned from a four night stay in Nashville at The Fairlane. Clean, modern, hip hotel in a great location. About a 1/2 mile from Broadway and all the bars and museums and a quick Uber to other neighborhoods. Amanda at the front desk was extremely helpful and went out of

"Corner rooms have great views and lots of natural light! Very little street noise on the 11th floor."
"The corner panoramic rooms are just that!!"
"We always like a room on an upper floor and they had that specified in our reservation when we checked in. It was very quiet."
"Ask the staff, they aim to please. Be sure alarm (little wood box) is plugged in or risk British accented low battery warning"
