Morag's Lodge is a top quality 4* hostel located on the Great Glen Way in Fort Augustus, just a short walk from the banks of Loch Ness. The modern and super-comfy bunks have private reading lights and power points, and all linen is provided free of charge. There are excellent cheap meal options, from a buffet style budget breakfast to delicious home-cooked evening meals using local produce. The rustic bothy-style bar offers a superb range of local beers and single malts, has a cosy log fire for the colder winter nights, and regular live entertainment. The lodge was nice and tidy. It had plenty of bathrooms that were always clean. Our room also had a bathroom which was very convenient. The lodge also offers breakfast and dinner every night for a small fee and it is worth every penny! The dinners are huge!! We were lucky

Hostel is in a great location, lovely comfy beds, the best shower!! I have stayed here two years for a music festival and would book again with no hesiatation. I have stayed in many hostels and this is so relaxed a friendly.

Stayed here as part of a Haggis Adventures tour. Rooms were clean and comfortable, including an ensuite, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Pub quiz was a blast! Recommended for anyone visiting the area.

I stayed here with the tour I was on, room was comfortable good en suite bathrooms (could do with some shelves!) Showers were amazing. Dinner was really good. Staff were friendly, quiz night was a definite winner!

Does Morag's Lodge have a washing machine and drier?
Hi, Yes, we do have a laundry service. The cost per load of laundry is £6.00, and it is washed and dried for you. We do not have self service laundry facillities.
