Room 5 ( Forth View) Comfy with tasteful decor and all the usual facilities on the 1st floor Super place run by Mark & Jen, who are wonderful hosts. Something different added to breakfast every morning which is a lovely touch. Short 15 walk into Anstruther itself. This is a great base for the Fife coast, the car didn't move for 2 days and there is a transport link on the doorstep. Definitely one to remember and hope to be back.

First class hospitality by Jeni & Mark who made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was superb with the owners on hand to have a brief chat with all the guests. After so many faceless hotels it was nice to sample a friendly personal service by hosts who really cared. Room and house flawless. Highly recommended.

We visit Pittenweem several times a year but we have never stayed at the Spindrift. Myself and 2 other golfing friends were looking for a last minute overnighter and managed to get 3 rooms in Spindrift. Mark and Jenni are fantastic hosts the place is spotless, roomes are wonderful, the breakfast is fantastic. It was so good we tried to book in for another night but they were fully booked. In fact, i have now booked a weekend with my wife in October. Cant recommend enough.

Not much to say except another enjoyable stay. The place was spotless as it was on previous visit and will happily stop again. You arre just under 1 mile from the harbour with the fish and chip shops plus other eating places.

As others have said, Mark and Jenni are superb hosts and the Spindrift is a totally charming place to stay. Great choices at breakfast with everything locally sourced and cooked to perfection. Lovely young staff helping the service and keeping everything polished and pristine. Can’t recommend enough. 5 stars.
