Family group savoured a 3 night break enjoying the period features, fine dining and helpful staff, open fires and tranquil atmosphere. We felt very well taken care of. The spotless rooms are all different. Looking forward to a return visit.

Hunter's, a historic hotel/restaurant on the banks of the Vartry on the Greystones-Wicklow road, offers conventional but very tasty Irish fare. An ideal place to take your mother-in-law for her roast and other specialties of the Irish Sunday lunch. Friendly service and affordable prices

You would need to check directly with the owners of the hotel. No pets when I was there- they have out houses but I wouldn't put a house dog there- it would be frightening for them. Sorry I didn't know.
