Even if I tried to provide constructive critique, I can't. And normally people will reach out just to say negative things.
I indeed have nice things to say. Everyone's been super helpful, front desk reps, breakfast and dinner servers and shuttle drivers. I can't remember all the names: Lonnie, Dylan, Jor-El, Robin, Carl, Jahrel, Cheryl, Nancy, Maria, Wendell, Ajai, just to name a few because I can't remember all the names. Rates have been good, breakfast delicious, shuttle always available when we needed it and safe driving (yes... compared to other places).
We are a flight crew for a charter operator and spent some days at your property while waiting for trips to be booked. So meanwhile all we can do is standby in our rooms until checkout time and then wait for a trip at Signature Flight Support by the airport.
We originally spent the first night at the Doubletree property across the street, but I found a roach in the ceiling of my room above the bed and it fled before I was able to kill it. Had my room changed right away but after talking to several front desk reps from 2 different shifts, I really disliked what they had to say. According to them it was a normal thing when it rains. 'They just enter through vents and make their way into the building'. Well, you don't pay over $100 to get excuses when you see a roach in your room. You expect a solution and preventive actions like spraying all over the entire floor, not just the room. I just thought it was worthless reaching out to their manager and unfortunately they lost our business.
So that's how we ended up moving here and it's been fantastic. We also value a lot being able to have hot and real food for breakfast. Being all over the country during COVID, it gets old relying on muffins, cereal bars and yogurts served in breakfast to go bags in most hotels available.
So, in other words, congratulations.
Please keep it this way and I personally hope everyone that interacted with us (front desk, servers and shuttle drivers) get a deserved raise or incentive because they always went above and beyond with a smile behind their face mask and a great attitude.

I selected this Hilton Property because of convenience - its proximity to my project site, the airport and a plethora restaurants, convenience stores and recreation. I have opted to continu staying here for three+ weeks because of the home-like comfort I have experienced while here. The hotel staff, particularly Jor-el at the front desk, has offered me every accommodation to ensure my comfort and convenience. I travel incessantly for my job (230 nights a year). Its been a long time since I've enjoyed walking thru the door to my hotel, greeted with kindness, consideration and a smile. Additionally, in the age of COVID 19, this hotel staff diligently maintains sanitary conditions, the staff is considerately wearing face coverings, and the room sanitization has been impressive. I feel safe and comfortable at the Hilton Garden In Charleston Airport.

Besides the lady at the front desk, April; the stay was good. She was rude and clearly not personable. Shower head in bathroom was broken. Also, if you have a set checkout time, there should not be staff knowing at your door 3 times hours before checkout just so they can get done with cleaning of the room that you have not checked out of yet. To clarify checkout was at 2:00pm, yet staff knocked on door at 9:00am, 11:00am, and 1:50pm

Took forever to check in and not because of a line. The lady just simply took roughly 30+ minutes to do so. Once we finally checked in there was a giant commercial style fan in our room drying up some sort of water issue.

I stayed in mid July 2021. Had a first floor room that was damp smelling, very small, very small bathroom that needed updated. Arrived late in evening, about 9:45 PM, and the sheets felt wet. Asked front desk for a luggage rack (folding canvas kind) and was told none available. It was clean--kudos to the maids. No free breakfast, a cup of coffee is $2, and the 'restaurant' on site didn't offer much. We skipped breakfast there and ate elsewhere. I will not be returning.

We do address all guest concerns and nothing was brought to our attention about the smell of the room or the sheets feeling wet. Unfortunately, we did not have any luggage racks available. Breakfast is not included as it is contingent upon the reservation option selected by the guest. We do offer complimentary coffee during breakfast hours. These issues have been addressed. Our stay was perfect as our suite was very quiet thanks to super insulated windows. The hotel is very close to the Charleston airport/AFB and an interchange from I-526 was easily visible from our window yet we heard nothing from the airport or highway. The a/c worked great which was very important on hot Charleston days. Hotel staff was very pleasant and breakfast was pretty much Hilton Garden Inn standard. Good family friendly dining was available close by at a number of restaurants and the hotel dining room was satisfactory for the one evening we wanted to dine in. It's worth noting the location is perfect for sightseeing as downtown Charleston is an easy drive via I-26 and many of the plantations along the Ashley River are a short drive down I-526.

Originally, my husband booked our room through a third party vendor instead of using my Hilton Honors website. When we arrived at the property, there was no reservation made and they were sold out. My husband had paid the third party vendor, but they never made the reservation or paid the hotel. So, the manager assisted us with finding a Hilton property (Hilton Garden Inn) just a block away that had availability. The staff at the Hilton Garden Inn helped us secure our room, and even provided breakfast vouchers for us. I really appreciate the Hilton brand more than ever!

I booked a king room that had drinks/snacks for the convenience since the point of my stay was just to check on my daughter that lives there. When I arrived, I was told that there would not be drinks and snacks and no offer of anything other than a water. I was annoyed that it was (and still is) advertised online but not actually available.
The tiny bar in the corner did have a great bartender that was a pleasure
I did not understand that I would be charged for breakfast as I assumed at 240 per night it was included, but I should have read the fine print on that myself. It appeared to be a nice breakfast however I chose not to buy it so I can't say it is not worth it as I did not have it.
There was mold in the corner of the bath and the stopper had to be removed completely to use the shower otherwise the room was clean and everything worked well. Although certainly not what Hilton once was.
I travel for work and stay at a lot of hotels and I have to say for value and cleanliness if you are looking for both - this is not it. Expensive and not a lot additional for the cost.
Wouldn't stay again unless no other decent options in the area.

Not impressed, the food was great, service mediocre, and the rooms were nothing special. Only had a 1 night stay and wished I went somewhere else. When I sat down to eat I waited for 10-15 minutes to get service which we spoke to from across the dining area after being asked “know what you want?” Thank spoke my order from afar. My room had a stain on the ceiling with what looked like fingernail scratches and the bathroom had no soap. Also have unexplained charges made that have yet to be cleared up and resolved

Dana at the front desk and the rest of the staff was incredibly cool under pressure. Housekeeping was backed up cleaning after a full night last night and lots of people were trying to check in without rooms available yet. They very calmly explained the situation and never lost their cool. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

We have 24/7 shuttle service to anywhere within a 4 mile radius. We are happy to take you to the airport for your early flight needs! We leave every 30 minutes, on the hour and half-hour.
We maintain our pool and hot tub area every single day. We test the water regularly and treat it multiple times a week.
Our fitness center is 24 hours a day!
