Over the pass 15 years, we’ve stayed at this ocean front hotel at least twice a year. The main reason I love it so much is because of an incredible waitress in their restaurant. Stacey goes above and beyond to make the guests feel like family. She even calls the older women momma. It makes me feel good all over every time she calls me that. If she’s not the manager, she should be.

I had booked room 0832 and after seeing these reviews, and specifically the one for 0832 I tried to Get out of my reservation and they the company did nothing. Even when the review was right in front of us. This business is a rip off and they are horrible business people. Save your money and do anything but booking here.

Roselin Whorms & Danielle Melvin were Angels sent to me. Upon arriving at The Patricia Grand in Myrtle Beach, I was told my reservation was canceled by the party I used to book. These ladies saw how upset I was when I realized there was nothing the booking agency could do to right their wrong. That's when these Angels saved my weekend by doing what they obviously do best...take care of people!!! They worked their magic and we had a great weekend!!!! Thank you again😇😇

This hotel and company is 110 percent first class. I can say without a doubt, this is a genuinely well run, very clean, comfortable place to stay. I highly recommend you choose this hotel for your trip to Myrtle Beach. If you have a family with children, this is the place for you. It’s clean. It’s clean. It’s clean. It’s got all you need for your kiddos, with plenty of pool, lazy river, hot tub, beachfront space for your family. Did I mention it’s clean? This hotel is not near the loud, busy, dirty area of the strip, which to me is great and much safer. The parking is directly across the street, very convenient, plenty of parking. Pet friendly, clean pet area to take your pup to. I highly recommend you choose this hotel and I think you will be very pleased and then recommend it to your friends and family. I was on on the 14th floor facing the ocean. I believe all rooms face the ocean but not completely certain about that. The room was immaculate. It’s very modern and spotless. ALL employees I saw spoke to me and smiled. It’s the little things that go a long way. This hotel has some great leaders, great service, great employees. Stay here, you will be happy! I arrived to check in and found out there was an issue with my room and it not being Pet Friendly even though I had booked using the filter for Pet Friendly rooms... Jaden and Janelle went out of their way to accommodate me... I know there were hoops to jump through but they kept plugging away at ideas and eventually worked something out... My Wife and I and our Dog Francis are extremely grateful for their assistance. We really Love staying here and the experience I had tonight only confirms that Patricia Grand is a GREAT place to stay... A home away from home and first class in my book... Thank you very much again ladies.

We checked into our room at the Patricia grand resort on 5/13/22 and after checking into our room, we couldn’t understand why the bugs was flying around then after using the toilet we discovered a pair of women Victoria secret panties place under our sink with bugs and nants flying around nasty panties that’s been left in room who knows how long or how many customers who rented room and room was never clean or sanitize at all and you got customers renting and booking this unclean room with Covid-19’s and all the other germs and bacteria floating around with no respect for customers at all and we was accommodated at all for this service that was rendered to us as customers our lawyer will be contacting you asap

We stopped in at the restaurant early yesterday morning and we had a absolutely terrific time! Our Server was Lacey and she was absolutely fabulous. The entire waitstaff was! The food was superb, and the restaurant was so clean. Our room was excellent with a good view. This was our first time staying here at the Patricia Grand but we will definitely be back. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!!!

The room was clean. Staff were friendly. Pool was nice and they had a DJ on Saturday. The main complaint is the bed. We were in room 1622 and mattress was hard and slanted head down. Very uncomfortable bed. We would come back but would want a more comfortable mattress/bed.
