It’s cute. Not luxurious by any means. Don’t expect the best bc it’s not here. They don’t deep clean so we found remnants of prior guests. The pools are ok. Elevator had issues the first night of our 11 day stay. You get what you pay for. We would probably come back.

We try to correct these issues in a timely manner but sometimes these things are out of our control. Third year here and I can't say anything bad about the view. Waking up every morning to an Ocean Sunrise is one beautiful sight. Has two queen size beds and free WiFi, A CD player to rent movies. Bing off season rates are very reasonable. Only draw back the restaurant is closed

I have been going to Sandcastle several times and have never experienced his problems. It's unfortunate but things break however the people who I've experienced they are at the front desk and and maintenance have been very responsive to anything I've ever asked. I have found a new changes to the back patio extremely Pleasant and really can understand Aaron G's complaints.

As a Owner Has it been updated as promised on the 9 floor
The 9th floor isn't owned or operated by this hotel. It is managed by a Timeshare company. We have no control over the anything on the 9th or 11th floor.

the room I stayed in did not have carpet it was all floor. I myself checked the beds before we set our luggage in the room and found nothing. we didn't use the kitchen so I couldn't tell you about the dishes. the floor was not dirty but it did have sand which is pretty common since your at the beach I even swept and I couldn't get all the sand up. we stayed in August of this year hope this helps
